Provided is a structure which can improve the stability of a holding unit and facilitate machining. An information display panel (1) includes: a display body unit (11) which can display optional information; an insert base unit (13) arranged on the bottom portion of the display body unit (11); a folded piece (14) extending from the insert base unit (13) in a direction along the bottom portion; and a pair of slits (15A, 15B) formed in parallel to the bottom portion of the folded piece (14). The insert base unit (13) is bent along the boundary thereof with respect to the display body unit (11) and the folded piece (14) is folded so as to be overlapped with the insert base unit (13), thereby forming a holding unit (12). The holding unit (12) is inserted into a through hole (44) formed in an electronic shelf label (2) so as to form steps (H1, H2) in the slits (15A, 15B). The holding unit (12) is engaged with the through hole (44) by the steps (H1, H2).
