Abstract

Provided is a finger vein sensor (000) and an electronic device. The finger vein sensor (000) is provided with a sensing area (00a) and a peripheral area (00b) located around the sensing area (00a), and comprises: a substrate (100), at least one infrared light source (200) located on the substrate (100) and distributed in the peripheral area (00b), and an infrared detector (300) located on the substrate (100) and distributed in the sensing area (00a). The infrared light source (200) comprises: at least one first light-emitting element (201) and at least two second light-emitting elements (202) located on two sides of the at least one first light-emitting element (201). The distance between the first light-emitting element (201) and the sensing area (00a) is less than the distance between the second light-emitting element (202) and the sensing area (00a). Since the distance between the first light-emitting element in the infrared light source (200) and the sensing area (00a) is less than the distance between the second light-emitting element (202) in the infrared light source (200) and the sensing area (00a), the near-infrared light emitted by the first light-emitting element (201) is transmitted a relatively short distance to an object to be detected in the sensing area (00a). When said object is a finger of a user, the distance between a finger joint in the finger of the user and the first light-emitting element (201) is relatively short, and the near-infrared light emitted by the first light-emitting element (201) can be transmitted the relatively short distance to the finger joint, thus giving a vein distribution image at the joint with good effect. Moreover, the finger vein sensor has a small thickness, which is beneficial to integrating the finger vein sensor and other components in one electronic device, allowing a compact size of the electronic device integrated with the finger vein sensor.

Abstract

An array substrate and a liquid crystal panel. The array substrate (000) comprises a substrate (100), and a plurality of patterned film layer structures (100a), which are located on the substrate (100) and arranged in a stacked manner. The portion of the patterned film layer structure (100a) that is located in a first tiled display area (001b) is formed on the basis of a first mask (111a) and a second mask (111b) of a mask (111), and therefore, during the process of forming the patterned film layer structures (100a), it is not necessary to use an additional mask to separately expose a photoresist in the first tiled display area (001b). Moreover, during the process of forming a film layer structure in a normal display area (001a), two sets of mask scales (111c) at different positions in the mask (111) are respectively used during two exposure processes, and therefore, in the patterned film layer structures (100a) that are formed in the array substrate (000) on the basis of the same mask (111), the width of the first tiled display area (001b) between two adjacent normal display areas (001a) can be obtained according to scale structures (E1, E2) in the two adjacent normal display areas (001a).

Abstract

Disclosed in the present application are a fingerprint sensor and an electronic apparatus, belonging to the technical field of sensing. The fingerprint sensor comprises a substrate, photosensitive devices, light-emitting modules and a protective cover plate. The protective cover plate is internally provided with a plurality of conductive structures electrically connected to the light-emitting modules, and an orthographic projection of each conductive structure on the substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the corresponding photosensitive device on the substrate, thus ensuring that fingerprint ridges in a finger of a user can be electrically connected to the light-emitting modules by means of the conductive structures, whilst the protective cover plate can protect the light-emitting modules, thereby enabling the fingerprint sensor to normally detect the fingerprint of the finger of the user. Therefore, the probability that the sides of the light-emitting modules away from the substrate are liable to be scratched can be effectively reduced, thereby achieving a good sensing effect of the fingerprint sensor.

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of display. Disclosed are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a liquid crystal panel. The array substrate comprises: a substrate, and a plurality of patterned film layer structures, which are arranged on the substrate in a stacked manner. Since the part, which is located in a first spliced display region, of the patterned film layer structures is formed on the basis of a first mask and a second mask of a mask plate, the part, which is located in a normal display region, of the patterned film layer structures can also be formed on the basis of the first mask in the mask plate, and the part, which is located in a non-display region, of the patterned film layer structures can also be formed on the basis of the second mask in the mask plate. Thus, during the process of forming patterned film layer structures in an array, it is not necessary to use an additional mask plate to separately expose photoresist in a first spliced display region, such that the instances of exposure are effectively reduced, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process for a large-size display panel, which is subsequently manufactured on the basis of the array substrate.
