Abstract

Provided is a finger vein sensor (000) and an electronic device. The finger vein sensor (000) is provided with a sensing area (00a) and a peripheral area (00b) located around the sensing area (00a), and comprises: a substrate (100), at least one infrared light source (200) located on the substrate (100) and distributed in the peripheral area (00b), and an infrared detector (300) located on the substrate (100) and distributed in the sensing area (00a). The infrared light source (200) comprises: at least one first light-emitting element (201) and at least two second light-emitting elements (202) located on two sides of the at least one first light-emitting element (201). The distance between the first light-emitting element (201) and the sensing area (00a) is less than the distance between the second light-emitting element (202) and the sensing area (00a). Since the distance between the first light-emitting element in the infrared light source (200) and the sensing area (00a) is less than the distance between the second light-emitting element (202) in the infrared light source (200) and the sensing area (00a), the near-infrared light emitted by the first light-emitting element (201) is transmitted a relatively short distance to an object to be detected in the sensing area (00a). When said object is a finger of a user, the distance between a finger joint in the finger of the user and the first light-emitting element (201) is relatively short, and the near-infrared light emitted by the first light-emitting element (201) can be transmitted the relatively short distance to the finger joint, thus giving a vein distribution image at the joint with good effect. Moreover, the finger vein sensor has a small thickness, which is beneficial to integrating the finger vein sensor and other components in one electronic device, allowing a compact size of the electronic device integrated with the finger vein sensor.

Since the part, which is located in a first spliced display region, of the patterned film layer structures is formed on the basis of a first mask and a second mask of a mask plate, the part, which is located in a normal display region, of the patterned film layer structures can also be formed on the basis of the first mask in the mask plate, and the part, which is located in a non-display region, of the patterned film layer structures can also be formed on the basis of the second mask in the mask plate. Thus, during the process of forming patterned film layer structures in an array, it is not necessary to use an additional mask plate to separately expose photoresist in a first spliced display region, such that the instances of exposure are effectively reduced, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process for a large-size display panel, which is subsequently manufactured on the basis of the array substrate.

Abstract

Provided are a display panel and a display device, relating to the field of display technologies. The display panel includes a display substrate, a diffusion sheet, a transflective film, and a fingerprint identification circuit. Light of a target wavelength emitted by the fingerprint identification circuit may be reflected by an obstacle, and the light of the target wavelength reflected by the obstacle may be irradiated to the fingerprint identification circuit through at least one through hole in the diffusion sheet. The fingerprint identification circuit performs fingerprint identification according to the received light of the target wavelength reflected by the obstacle. Since an orthographic projection of the fingerprint identification circuit onto the display substrate is within a display area of the display substrate, the fingerprint identification circuit can be prevented from occupying a non-display area of the display substrate. Therefore, the non-display area can be small, and thus, the display device has a relatively high screen-to-body ratio.
