The household ventilation apparatus includes: a housing; a motor mounted in the housing; a fan member mounted on the motor so as to rotate; an air volume adjusting unit for setting the magnitude of the air volume of the fan member by means of external input; and a control unit for controlling the rotational speed of the motor in accordance with a set value of the air volume of the air volume adjusting unit.
