When the captured bacteria are immediately spread on an agar plate, each of the bacteria can also be isolated and cultured. The present invention can be used in various fields such as the diagnosis of infectious diseases caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria, medicinal use, quasi-drug use, and food and water quality testing.
