The air quality management system comprises: an air quality management device which is provided in a target space having a plurality of control areas and which improves air quality inside the target space; a composite sensor including a plurality of sensors for measuring the air quality of the plurality of control areas; a database for storing a sensor value measured in the composite sensor and control information for controlling the air quality management device; a first communication unit provided in the air quality management device so as to communicate with the database; a second communication unit provided in the composite sensor so as to transmit a value measured in the composite sensor to the air quality management device; and a control unit for controlling the power of the air quality management device by using the control information.
