Abstract
In some embodiments, an archery bow limb assembly comprises a first limb, a second limb and a spacer. The spacer contacts the first limb and the second limb. The first limb comprises a limb material. The spacer comprises a spacer material comprising a higher elastic modulus than the limb material. A width of the spacer is less than a width of the first limb.

Abstract
Methods of using an apparatus for generating dielectrophoretic electromagnetic fields (dc-DEP EMF) to enhance cell polarity through the application of dc-DEP EMF force to stabilize Hyaluronan Mediated Motility Receptor (HMMR) and differentially modulate its expression in cancerous and noncancerous cells. A significant down regulation of HMMR when coupled with the decreased cell growth/mitosis and decreased mitotic spindle formation in treated human breast carcinoma cells indicating a decreased cell motility/migration/metastasis occurs when the cancerous cells are exposed to the dc-DEP EMF force. An improved apparatus for generating dielectrophoretic electromagnetic fields comprising crystals in the center of the orb for enhanced bio-field, a power supply toroidal flow of direct current to the orb, sensing capabilities to measure impedance, and customization of electromagnetic signals emitted by the apparatus and the power supply.

Abstract
The method of enhancing diamagnetic anisotropy in cell membranes that occur under the influence of disassociated polymorphic bCl- comprising changes in chloride ion channel expression and cell physiology. Direct current from a device generates an electromagnetic field in a 3 hypotonic saline solution leading to a dielectrophoretic disassociation of the chloride ion from its chloro-metabolites transforming it into a polymorphic diamagnetically disassociated bio-chloride (bCl-). This field treated aqueous solution induces a magnetic moment change in solution for some hours when no longer under the influence of the direct current; for when this field influenced solution is used to reconstitute growth media of human breast carcinoma (MDA-MB-231) and human breast epithelial (MCF-10A) cells in vitro, significant changes in chloride ion channel expression, membrane potential, cell volume, and a massive transcriptional reprogramming of 2,468 genes expressions by Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Gene Chip Array (Affymetrix) analyses occur.

Abstract
In some embodiments, a crossbow trigger mechanism comprises a housing, a trigger, a latch and a latch retaining mechanism. The housing defines a slot. The latch comprises a string catch and a trigger engaging portion. The latch is moveable with respect to the housing between first and second positions. In the first position, the trigger engaging portion contacts the trigger. In the second position, the trigger engaging portion does not contact the trigger. The latch retaining mechanism is arranged to retain the latch in the second position.
