Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing an internally coated container made of a paper substrate, wherein a levelling layer is applied to the surface of the paper substrate and then a barrier layer is deposited onto the leveling layer by means of a PECVD process for microwave-induced plasma reaction for deposition of SiOx on the inner container surface of the paper substrate formed into a container body. Alternatively, instead of the levelling layer together with the SiOx barrier layer, at least one barrier layer is deposited on the paper substrate by plasma reaction of acetylene in the context of an acetylene coating process. The invention further relates to a container made of a paper substrate which has been coated at least on subregions of its inner surface by means of one of these two processes according to the invention.

The invention relates to a vacuum drum (6) for a labeling unit (1). The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing liquid-contents-filled containers (22) from preforms (1) by introducing the contents into the preform (1) under a filling pressure, wherein the contents are pressurized by a pressure pump (7) and introduced into the preform (1) through a filling valve (6) at a forming and filling station (3). The displacement body (30) is in drive connection with a drive device (32) and can be driven by the drive device (32), and when the filling valve (6) is open the drive device (32) and/or the pressure accumulator (10) each at least temporarily apply a driving force to the displacement body (30) and, as a result, the displacement body (30) displaces at least part of the quantity of contents required for reshaping the preform (1) in the direction of the preform (1).

The invention relates to a device for blow molding containers. Preheated preforms made of a thermoplastic material are transferred within a blow molding machine to a blowing device. In the region of the blowing device, the preforms are shaped into containers by the blow molding by the effect of a blowing pressure. Abstract

The invention relates to a container which has at least one opening, wherein a screw thread (11), a safety ring (12) and a manipulating contour are located in the region of the opening of the container. A safety structure of a screw cap that seals the opening engages on the safety ring. When in use position, the manipulating contour allows the container to be manipulated by manipulating means, e.g. a blow moulding machine. The diameter of the safety ring (12) is greater than the outer diameter of the screw thread (11). The manipulating contour is formed from the safety ring (12) and a manipulating ring (13) that is arranged between the safety ring (12) and the screw thread (11). The invention further relates to a container of this kind with a screw cap.
