Abstract

According to some embodiments, a risk monitoring data store may contain a set of electronic data records, with each electronic data record being associated with a stream of sensor data received via a communication network from a remote set of sensor systems located at a risk monitoring site. A risk analytics platform computer may receive information associated with the sensor data in substantially real-time and analyze the received sensor data, using at least one risk analytics algorithm, to detect an abnormal pattern associated with a predicted elevated level of risk at the risk monitoring site. The risk analytics platform computer may also automatically transmit a result of the analysis to a risk operations platform. The risk operations platform may then implement an active risk mitigation adjustment at the risk monitoring site responsive to the result of the analysis.

Abstract

A resource request data store contains electronic records connected to risk relationships with an enterprise (each record may represent a resource request and include a resource request identifier and request characteristics). A back-end application computer server retrieves request characteristics associated with a resource request for a first party. Based on the request characteristics and business rules, the server determines if the resource request for the first party should be immediately assigned to a request handler. If the request is not to be immediately assigned, the server arranges for the first party to answer a dynamic series of questions. Based on answers provided by the first party and a set of investigation rules, automatically determine if the resource request for the first party should be assigned to the request handler or to a specialist to investigate whether another enterprise may be responsible for responding to the resource request, the system utilizes a machine learning algorithm to evaluate resource requests currently assigned to the request handler to determine if any of those resource requests should instead be routed to the specialist. The resource request is then routed to a request handler or the specialist.

Abstract

A system may receive a first resource allocation request (associated with a first company) from a first entity. The system may determine that the first request is not associated with a risk relationship and arrange for it to be processed via a claim servicing entity. Information about the first request may then be routed to a request handler device for processing and a communication with a first graphical indication may be generated. The system may also receive a second resource allocation request (associated with the first company) from a second entity and determine that it is to be processed via a risk. The system may then route information about the second request to a request handler device for processing and generate a communication with a second graphical indication. Note that the request handler device may be the same device that received the information about the first request.

Abstract

A cloud migration framework may include an enterprise application data store that contains electronic records associated with enterprise applications. Each record may include, for example, an electronic record identifier and enterprise application parameters. A data repository stores a catalogue of cloud computing patterns. A back-end application computer server retrieves information from the enterprise application data store and, based on enterprise application parameters, creates a move group representing a subset of the enterprise applications. For each application in the move group, the computer server identifies whether an appropriate cloud computing pattern exists in the catalogue. If an appropriate cloud computing pattern is identified, it is used to automatically create a reference implementation of the enterprise application in a cloud computing environment. If no appropriate cloud computing pattern is identified, a pattern on-boarding process may be initiated to add a new cloud computing pattern to the catalogue.

A computer server retrieves, from the data store, information about a risk relationship resource model including the model version identifier, period definition, and layer information. The computer server may then receive, from a remote user device, an adjustment to the risk relationship resource model and execute the model, including an experience rating process and an exposure rating process, to generate a prospective resource amount (based in part on the period definition and the layer information). Information about the adjusted risk relationship resource model, including an updated model version identifier, may then be stored into the data store. The remote user device may support interactive actuarial interface displays that collect, calculate, and provide information (including the prospective resource amount).

Abstract

According to some embodiments, a system to automate platform provisioning for an enterprise includes a platform resource computer store containing a set of electronic data records (each including a component identifier and a set of computing characteristic values). A profile engine may receive a platform request from a user associated with the enterprise and identify, based on data in the platform resource computer store, a resource bundle of components appropriate in view of the platform request. A platform generator may receive platform requirements based on the identified resource bundle of components and provide input data to a REST API service. Final platform definition information for the enterprise may be stored into a central repository. According to some embodiments, a platform provisioning system may process IaaS and PaaS automation components and utilize a return service to generate infrastructure binding data to couple components in the resource bundle to each other.

Abstract

A computer server may receive an indication of a selected potential relationship and retrieve, from a use case configuration data store, an electronic record for that relationship. The first entity may then construct computer system configurations in accordance with use case parameters. The computer server may be used to evaluate the constructed computer system configurations, and an entity score result for the first entity may be stored into the use case configuration data store. The computer server may also retrieve, from a quality function deployment data store, an electronic record associated with the first entity and update a uniform scoring matrix by assigning weighted score values for the first entity in connection with a set of platform capabilities. An entity selection tool may be executed to automatically select a recommended entity based on the score results and scoring matrixes, and an indication of the recommended entity may be transmitted.

Abstract

A computer server receives, from a remote user device, information about a new potential risk relationship customer (including at least one new user parameter). Based on the new user parameter, the computer server accesses third-party data and utilizes a stored procedure to read data about the new potential risk relationship customer from an internal table of cloud data. The data read from the internal table is processed to dynamically evolve a schema and create an incremental view of cloud data. The computer server uses the incremental view to read and output a current batch of cloud data. A user interface workflow is then customized via a machine learning algorithm that processes the information about the new potential risk relationship customer, the third-party data, and the current batch of cloud data. A user information data store can then be updated based on information collected via user interface displays.

Abstract

According to some embodiments, an invoice data store contains electronic records for invoices associated with customers and an enterprise. An electronic invoicing system computer server may receive invoice data (associated with a customer of the enterprise) from remote invoice platforms, and the server may create invoice documents in first and second formats based on information in the invoice data store. It may be determined that the invoice documents represent “work in process” and, as a result, the system may prevent the invoice documents from being transmitted to a customer device. An adjustment to the invoice document in an intermediate format is received and the invoice document in at least one of the first and second format is automatically updated. When it is later determined that the invoice documents no longer represent “work in process,” the system electronically transmits the invoice documents to the customer device.

Abstract

Embodiments may be associated with an alphanumeric string similarity analysis system implemented via a back-end application computer server. The computer server may receive information about electronic records to be analyzed, wherein each electronic record is associated with enterprise data and includes an electronic record identifier and an alphanumeric string. The computer server may then store the alphanumeric strings in a single column and compute a length of each alphanumeric string in the single column. A two-column result table may be constructed via a self-join on the single column, with shorter strings being stored in a first column of the result table. The result table may be automatically analyzed using cosine similarity to generate a similarity score for an alphanumeric string in the first column and a corresponding string in a second column of the result table. It may then be arranged for indications of the similarity scores to be output.

Abstract

System and methods may facilitate user guidance to risk relationship documents for an enterprise. A risk relationship document data store may contain a set of electronic data records, each electronic data record being associated with a risk relationship document and including a document identifier and a set of document metadata values. A document navigation computer may receive information from a user associated with the enterprise, and, based on the information received from the user and document metadata values, dynamically create a sub-set of the documents in the risk relationship data document data store. An interactive user interface display computer may provide indications associated with the documents in the dynamically created sub-set to the user via an interactive user interface and receive a selected document of the dynamically created sub-set. The user interface display computer may then, responsive to the selection, deliver the selected document to a remote user device.

Abstract

In some embodiments, an input document is received at a tagging platform, via a communication device, and associates it with a tag request. The tagging platform automatically selects at least one electronic record associated with a first user from a user data store containing electronic records associated with users (each record including at least a user identifier and a user communication address). The input document and tag request are transmitted to the communication address associated with the first user, and a document tag is received from the first user. The tagging platform may then store the document tag in a document mining result database by adding an entry to the database identifying the received document tag and transmit an indication associated with the document mining result database to a plurality of risk applications.

Abstract

Document creation systems and methods are provided for a potential risk relationship between an enterprise and an entity. A back-end application computer server may include a data collection engine to exchange information with a remote entity device associated with the entity. A bundle creation engine may receive the information about the entity and automatically and dynamically create a potential bundle of optional risk relationship components (each associated with an electronic file representing an optional risk relationship component document). A presentation engine may present information about the potential bundle and receive an indication of a selected subset of the potential bundle of optional risk relationship components. A final document construction engine may automatically construct, based on the selected subset and associated electronic files representing component documents, an electronic file representing a risk relationship package document to be transmitted to the remote entity device.

Abstract

An original risk relationship data store may contain records representing potential risk relationships (and each record may include an identifier and original risk attribute values). An adjusted risk relationship data store may contain records representing the plurality of potential risk relationships and at least some risk attribute values may have been adjusted from the original risk attribute value. A computer server may receive, from a remote user device, a selected potential risk relationship and retrieve the appropriate records from the original and adjusted risk relationship data stores. The server may then execute a comparison tool to automatically identify risk attribute values from the adjusted risk relationship data store that differ from the original risk attribute values and flag those values to the remote user device. After receiving information to explain each difference, a summary of the automatically identified risk attribute values, including the information to explain each difference, may be transmitted.
