Abstract

The invention relates to a magazine for a handgun, comprising a chamber that accommodates the ammunition and a magazine head that is suitable for being accommodated by the magazine shaft in the breechblock housing of the gun, characterized in that according to the invention an ejector plate is arranged on the magazine head and means are provided for changing the relative position of said ejector plate in the magazine shaft when a magazine is inserted. The solution according to the invention makes it possible to change the position of the magazine head in the magazine shaft by means of an adjusting mechanism and thus to also change the relative position of the ejector plate, which is now on the magazine head, in the magazine shaft. In the process, the position of the ejector plate relative to the feeding web of the breechblock generally changes. By adjusting the position of the magazine head, the ejection angle and/or the ejection path of the cartridge case and the position of the fed cartridge relative to the cartridge chamber of the weapon can also be changed if applicable.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a magazine for a hand firearm, which is detachably mountable to the weapon, incorporating a drum-like, approximately cylindrical housing (10) which accommodates a greater number of cartridges in an orientation parallel to the axis of the housing, further incorporating an approximately spiral-shaped divider device (9), which is located inside the housing and accommodates the cartridges, a driver plate (14), which is adapted for indexed rotation about its axis and is driven by the force of a spring, said driver plate causing the cartridges to advance to the next position on a spiral path after each shot, and a follower (18) disposed in said magazine, which causes the cartridges to advance on their spiral path, to exit said divider device and to enter into a magazine head (21). In accordance with the invention, there is provided that the entire follower moves behind the last cartridge stored in the magazine on the spiral feeding path through the divider device, that said follower is not connected solidly to the driver plate but radially displaceably instead, and that said follower glides radially outward in a guide of the driver plate while being forwarded. In this way, the follower is prevented from jamming and trouble-free operation is ensured.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a changeover system for a hand gun comprising at least two different barrels, able to be applied exchangeably on a first grip piece of a weapon, for bullets of different caliber, and/or at least two different magazines for cartridges of different caliber able to be applied exchangeably on a first grip piece of a weapon. According to the invention, the changeover system comprises at least a second grip piece of the same weapon type, provided for a smaller caliber, on which at least one security arrangement against interchange is provided, which prevents the application of a barrel and/or of a magazine of a larger caliber on the grip piece provided for a smaller caliber. If required, the user of a second large-caliber weapon can then mount components of the small-caliber weapon onto the grip piece of the large-caliber weapon, in order to fire small-caliber ammunition therewith, for example for training purposes. The risk that the barrel or the magazine of the large-caliber weapon are mounted by mistake onto the grip piece of the small-caliber weapon does not, however, exist because this is prevented by the security arrangement(s) against interchange on the grip piece of the small-caliber weapon.

Abstract

A barrel jacket covering at least partially the outer surface of the bullet-guiding barrel of a firearm is provided, wherein the barrel jacket has at least one inner casing and one outer casing and a spacer. The inner casing is arranged adjacent to the barrel, covering the barrel in a close-up position. The outer casing is arranged at a distance to the inner casing, covering the inner casing, thus providing a continuous gap. The continuous gap is stabilized by at least one spacer, which stabilizes the inner casing and outer casing in their relative positions.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a hand gun having at least one exchangeable magazine for cartridges, able to be inserted from below into a grip piece of the weapon. According to the invention, a security element is arranged in the grip piece of the weapon, which with the magazine removed blocks a grip security arrangement of the weapon on the grip piece and which on insertion of the magazine is acted upon by an element arranged on the magazine such that it moves within the grip piece, wherein through this displacement the blocking of the grip security arrangement is released. In addition, this hand gun can have a firing pin security arrangement, which blocks a movement of the firing pin on non-actuation of the trigger, wherein a recess is provided in the firing pin, and a firing pin security element, guided displaceably in this recess, which on actuation of the trigger of the weapon is acted upon directly by an arm of a swivel part connected with the trigger, and is displaced into a security release position.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety device for a firearm with a trigger bar in said firearm. The trigger bar moves in response to a pulling of a trigger. An actuator in said firearm is adapted to actively move said trigger bar between a first position and a second position. The trigger bar engages in the trigger induced movement with a hammer link for releasing a hammer and firing a cartridge bullet when the trigger bar is in the first position or first state. However, said trigger bar does not engage in the trigger induced movement with the hammer link, such that the cartridge bullet is not fired, when the trigger bar is in the second position or state.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a magazine (10) for a handheld firearm, suitable for accommodating a plurality of cartridges (11, 12, 13, 14) which are transported in a guided movement by means of a feed within the magazine in the direction of the barrel of a weapon, in order to be loaded individually in each case into the barrel of the weapon at the upper end of the magazine after each shot, with the cartridges being guided along a curved path in the magazine. When using cartridges with a firing rim (19), in order to ensure that these cartridges are emitted at the upper end of the magazine such that the firing rim of the uppermost cartridge (14) is always in front of that of the second-uppermost cartridge (13), the invention provides that the internal contour of the magazine (10) is designed, at least in an area at a distance from the upper magazine end, such that successive cartridges assume an interlaced arrangement with crossing axes, the internal contour tapers toward the upper end of the magazine such that the cartridges are aligned, and that the firing rim (19) of at least the uppermost cartridge (14) is guided by guide elements in the magazine.
