An air cavity is provided in the air box (2); the air box (2) is provided with an air door (23); the air door (23) is used for opening or closing the air cavity; the humidity adjustment plate (3) is rotatably arranged at an air inlet of the air box (2); the humidity adjustment plate (3) is used for absorbing moisture in the air; the heating assembly is used for preheating air, so that the heated outdoor air passes through the humidity adjustment plate (3) and is converted into warm and moist air. In a humidifying process, the air door (23) is opened, the first air blower(51) works to form negative pressure, part of air in the housing (1) is heated by the heating assembly to form hot air, and the hot air passes through the rotating humidity adjustment plate (3) and is converted into warm and moist air to enter the air cavity; the other part of the air directly enters the air cavity through the air door (23), and is sent into the room by means of the first air blower (51) after being mixed, so as to provide large-air-volume warm and moist air, thereby solving the problem that the air supply volume of a water-free humidification mode is small. Provided in the present invention are a mobile air-conditioner and a control method therefor. The mobile air-conditioner comprises a housing, a refrigeration system, a first fan and an air duct, wherein the housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the refrigeration system comprises a first heat exchanger which serves as a condenser in a refrigeration mode, a compressor, and a second heat exchanger; the first fan is configured to promote airflow to enter the housing through the air inlet, flow through the first heat exchanger, and then flow out of the air outlet; and an outer end of the air duct communicates with the outdoor environment. The mobile air-conditioner is configured to have a refrigeration/heating mode in which an inner end of the air duct communicates with the air outlet, the air inlet communicates with the indoor environment, and the refrigeration system is in operation; and a fresh air ventilation mode in which the inner end of the air duct communicates with the air inlet, the air outlet communicates with the indoor environment, the refrigeration system stops operating, and the first fan starts operation. The mobile air-conditioner of the present invention has a fresh air ventilation function and a simpler structure.
