Abstract

An air-conditioning unit 10 and air outlets 40, 41, 42 are connected by air-conditioning air duct A 30 and air-conditioning air duct B 31. Each of the air-conditioning air ducts is surrounded by at least any one of a room, a space, and an insulating material between the air-conditioning air duct and the external skin of the building 2. Air-conditioning air at a difference of no more than 5K during cooling and no more than 10K during heating relative to the air around the air-conditioning air ducts is blown within the air-conditioning air ducts from the air-conditioning unit 10 towards the air outlets, thereby air-conditioning the room and spaces. Filter units A, B, C are provided inside the air-conditioning unit 10 and clean the air inside the building 2. An introduction fan and a filter 69 are provided in an external air introduction duct and clean external air being introduced. An exhaust fan is provided in an indoor air discharge duct to discharge, to the outside, some of the air that has passed through the air-conditioning air ducts and some of the air that has accumulated inside the building 2. As a result of the above, the present invention provides an air-conditioning and ventilation system that does not require maintenance such as cleaning of the air-conditioning air ducts, since harmful substances such as dust, mold and odors do not attach to, accumulate in, or condense within the air-conditioning air ducts, even if 24-hour operation is continued for long periods.

Abstract

An air conditioning ventilation system comprising: air-intake portions 123 and exhaust portions 124 respectively provided in a plurality of rooms of a building; air-blowing sections 103 for sending wind to the air-intake portions 123; and a return zone 101 where air discharged from the exhaust portions 124 by the air-blowing sections 103 joins up; wherein the air-blowing sections 103 and an air conditioning section are placed in the return zone 101, a bathroom 106 and other rooms include ventilation intake portions 125 and ventilation exhaust section 126s to ventilate these room for exchanging air, the system includes a heat exchanging unit 111 which heat-exchanges confluence air of the plurality of rooms and the bathroom 106 and outside air, and discharges the air to outside of the rooms, and the outside air after the outside air exchanges heat with the confluence air is introduced into the return zone 101. The present invention provides the air conditioning ventilation system which prevents lifetime of the system from being shortened by dew condensation of a heat exchanging element while recovering heat during bath time, which prevents mold in the bathroom 106 by ventilation of the bathroom 106 for 24 hours, and which can always realize comfortable clean air living at all times by flow of air-conditioning air and flow of ventilation air in an entire house while saving energy.

Abstract

[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a duct-type air conditioning ventilation system in which dust, mold, odors, and other harmful substances do not adhere to or accumulate in an air conditioning duct and maintenance such as duct replacement and cleaning is not required even if 24-hour operation is continued for a long period of time. [Solution] Air drawn in from a suction part 44 through a circulation path is cleaned by a filter part A. A portion of the air drawn in is air-conditioned and cleaned by an air conditioning unit 16 and a filter part B. Blown air blown out from the air conditioning unit 16 and the remainder from the portion of the air drawn in are mixed in a mixing unit 85 by a plurality of blower units 13. Air-conditioned air within 5 K during cooling and 10 K during heating relative to the temperature of air around air conditioning ducts 30-34 is blown into the air conditioning ducts 30-34 toward blowout ports while being further cleaned by the plurality of blower units 13 and a filter part C, whereby rooms 20, 21 and a heat insulation space are air-conditioned and air-cleaned. An outdoor air introduction path is provided with an introduction fan and a filter to clean outdoor air to be introduced. An indoor air discharge path is provided with an exhaust fan to discharge a portion of air in the circulation path and/or a portion of air staying in a building 2 to the outside.

Abstract

Provided is an air conditioning ventilation system comprising: intake units 123 and exhaust units 124 provided to each of a plurality of rooms in a building; air blower units 103 that blow air into the intake units 123; and a return compartment 101 in which air discharged from the exhaust units 124 via the air blower units 103 converges. The blower units 103 and air conditioning units 102 are installed in the return compartment 101. The system includes ventilation intake units 125 and ventilation exhaust units 126 for ventilating the air in a bathroom 106 and other rooms, as well as a heat exchange unit 111 for discharging air to the outside by performing heat exchange between outside air and the combined air of a plurality of rooms and the bathroom 106. Introducing outside air that has been heat-exchanged with the combined air prevents a shortened life span caused by condensation in the heat exchange element while recovering heat during bathing. Twenty-four-hour ventilation of the bathroom 106 prevents mold from occurring therein. The flow of air conditioning air and ventilation air in the whole domicile makes attainable greater energy conservation and living in constant comfort with constantly clean air.

Abstract

A method of providing an air conditioning system comprising a plurality of rooms and a return compartment in a building. The rooms are provided with air intake sections which spout air sent from blowers. An exhaust section which forms discharged air current directed from the respective rooms toward the return compartment is provided between the respective rooms and the return compartment, and the plurality of blowers and at least one air conditioner are disposed in the return compartment. The method makes it possible to provide an air-conditioning system capable of air-conditioning the plurality of rooms by the air conditioner placed in the return compartment and where an air conditioner chamber for use in placing the air conditioner therein is not required.

Abstract

In this method for constructing an air conditioner system: a return section adjacent to a plurality of rooms is formed in a building 1; intake units 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d for blowing out air fed from blowers 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d, 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are provided in the rooms; an exhaust unit 52 forming an exhaust airflow from the rooms to the return section is provided between the rooms and the return section; and the plurality of the blowers 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d, 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d and at least one air conditioner 30a are installed in the return section. Air discharged from the plurality of rooms in the building 1 by the air conditioner 30a operating in the return section is subjected in the return section to an adjustment of temperature and humidity and blown by the blowers 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d, 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d into the plurality of rooms in the building 1, whereby the interior of the building 1 is air-conditioned.
