Abstract

A control device 1 controls a plurality of charging units. The present invention includes: a charging start-data acquisition unit 131 for acquiring, in association with charging unit identification information, charging start data which indicates that charging has started for a battery of a connected vehicle; a power-receiving start-data acquisition unit 132 for acquiring, in association with vehicle identification information, power-receiving start data which indicates that power receiving has started; an association unit 133 for associating a charging unit corresponding to the charging unit identification information contained in the charging start data acquired within a predetermined period and a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification information contained in the power-receiving start data; and a data transmission unit 134 for transmitting control data that is for controlling a charging unit associated with a vehicle to be charged.
