Abstract

The present invention relates to a recording medium a method and an apparatus for generating virtual teeth and recording media storing a program performing the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for generating virtual teeth includes (a) acquiring a tooth image having three-dimensional information from teeth including a damaged tooth; (b) determining an image of a virtual tooth to be inserted into a position of the damaged tooth in a tooth image library having predetermined three-dimensional information and inserting the determined virtual tooth image into the acquired tooth image; and (c) modifying the virtual tooth image by considering tooth images positioned at upper and lower sides or right and left sides of the virtual tooth image. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to produce a prosthesis most suitable for the state of patient's teeth only once and an operator can minimize post-processing of the produced prosthesis. Further, a patient can minimize a clinic time and decrease the number of times of hospital visits.

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a combined panoramic and computed tomography photographing apparatus. The apparatus includes, an X-ray source part, an X-ray sensor part having a panoramic sensor and/or a CT sensor, a rotary arm for arranging the X-ray source part and the X-ray sensor part thereon in such a way as to be opposed to each other, a rotary arm supporting member, and rotary arm driving means, wherein the panoramic sensor and the CT sensor are dedicated sensors respectively for panoramic photographing and CT photographing. The apparatus can obtain a CT image and a panoramic image by one photographing apparatus, and allow a user to previously set the optimum enlargement ratio according to panoramic photographing or CT photographing.

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a combined panoramic, CT (Computed Tomography) and cephalometric photographing apparatus including: a base; a supporting pole; an elevation member; a panoramic and CT photographing part; and a cephalometric photographing part. The panoramic and CT photographing part includes: a rotary arm supporting member; a rotary arm arranging an X-ray source part and an X-ray sensor part in such a way that the X-ray source part and the X-ray sensor part are opposed to each other, the X-ray sensor part having a panoramic sensor and/or a CT sensor; and rotary arm driving means. A distance between the X-ray source part and the X-ray sensor part arranged opposed to each other with respect to the rotary arm is variable. The apparatus can conduct all of panoramic photographing, CT photographing and cephalometric photographing, and provide the optimum enlargement ratio according to whether the panoramic photographing or the CT photographing is conducted.
