Abstract

A solar light stick for use in illuminating and decorating a lawn, garden or pathway. The solar light stick includes a supporting stake, a solar panel, a rechargeable battery, at least one LED, and a tube body. The tube body contains a light transmissive material that may be transparent or translucent. The solar panel charges the rechargeable battery which, in turn, provides power to the LEDs. The LEDs are positioned to provide light to the interior of the tube body. As such, the LEDs may be located within a recess in the tube body. Reflective flakes dispersed within the tube body reflect and disperse light from the LEDs in a decorative manner.

Abstract

A set of nestable and stackable cookware, for example, a set of pots and pans, is maintained in a stable configuration by stops attached to the outer walls of the cookware. Each stacked and nested item of cookware is supported on the rim of the lower item by two stops attached to its outer wall, on opposite sides of the item. Each stop is shaped and configured to contact the rim of the lower item in the stack at a finite number of points. The points of contact lie in the same plane, which uprightly supports the stacked cookware item on the lower cookware item, without the walls or the base of the stacked cookware item touching the lower item.

Abstract

A tiltable solar disk light has a solar light disk body comprising a disk- shaped housing which houses solar cells, LEDs, a rechargeable battery, a pushbutton switch, and driver electronics configured to deliver power to the LEDs from the battery when the switch is in the ON position and the solar cells are not detecting ambient light and to cut off power to the LEDs when the switch is in the OFF position or the solar cells are detecting ambient light. The disk body is tiltably and rotatably supported in a frame, on a pair of pegs extending from the housing, with enough clearance space about the disk body to permit tilting and rotating within the frame. A landscape spike is optionally connected to the frame by curved arms configured to define a clearance gap between the spike and the frame to permit the disk body to tilt within the frame about the axis of rotation formed by the pegs.

Abstract

A heat diverting pot handle for engagement to a cooking pot. The pot handle engages with the cooking pot at a first end through the engagement of two forks extending at angles from the first end to engagements with the pot body. An opening between the two forks provides a passage for heat generated from a heat source against the bottom surface of the pot body through the handle to keep the handle cool. Skirts extending from lower surfaces of the two forks are positioned to contact the upper edge of a lower positioned pot body when stacked to prevent scratches in the cooking surface of the lower-positioned pot body.
