Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a method for encrypting a visually secure image based on adaptive block compressed sensing and non-negative matrix decomposition. Firstly, the Tetrolet transform is performed on the plain image, then the sparsity degree is optimized on the sparsity matrix and the matrix scrambling is performed, such that the sparsity degree in each block region of the image matrix is equalized. Then according to the image information, the sampling number of the block region is calculated, the measurement matrix is constructed and optimized, and the image is compressed by using the optimized measurement matrix. The compressed image is then scrambled and diffused to complete the encryption process. Finally, the image information is embedded into the carrier image through non-negative matrix decomposition to obtain a visually safe ciphertext image. The decryption process is the inverse of the encryption process.

Abstract

A double-sided polishing method for an optical lens belongs to the technical field of ultra-precision machining. In the double-sided polishing method, upper and lower surfaces of the lens are polished simultaneously by arranging abrasive tools on upper and lower positions of the lens, making the abrasive tools close to the upper and lower surfaces of the lens to swing back and forth in the polishing process, producing relative motion and removing the surface materials. In the present invention, in order to eliminate a problem of removal ununiformity, a method for swing machining of abrasive tools and methods for turning over and polishing of workpieces are adopted in a polishing process, which can realize the high efficiency double-sided high-precision machining for a nonplanar lens, and the method can be applied to the double-sided polishing for different types of lenses.

Abstract

A method for constructing a quantum echo state network model for an aero-engine fault early-warning. The method comprises: first, quantizing time series data of an aero-engine; then, using quantum state data as an input of a quantum network of a first layer and subjecting same to the action of a quantum recursive circuit, and then obtaining a probabilistic output by means of quantum measurement and transferring same to a reservoir of an echo state network of a second layer, so as to obtain a high-dimensional intermediate state; and finally, performing computation only once by using a least squares method, such that a weight matrix of an output layer can be obtained, thus completing network training. A trained quantum echo state network model is applied to aero-engine fault prediction, thereby providing relatively high-accuracy operation state prediction data of an engine at a future moment. In the present invention, a quantum controlled NOT gate is utilized to realize an entangled state, so as to approximately represent a possible coupling relationship between original input data, and a quantum rotation gate is set to be an adjustable parameter of a quantum network of a first layer, such that the distribution of data can be adjusted; moreover, an echo state network layer can exert the computational advantage of fast computation and completion of a final model with one-step training.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is an inhaul cable tension identification algorithm considering semi-rigid constraints at two ends. The present invention only requires basic parameters such as the length of an inhaul cable and mass per unit length of the inhaul cable, and uses modal identification algorithms, such as a random subspace algorithm and a frequency domain decomposition algorithm, to process signals collected by an acceleration sensor, so as to obtain corresponding first-order natural frequency and vibration mode, thus solving the cable tension without requiring any other data in advance. Compared with the existing string vibration theory, the present invention simplifies an inhaul cable into an equivalent single-degree-of-freedom system, corrects the first-order natural frequency of the inhaul cable using the vibration mode obtained by means of modal identification, thus avoiding cable tension identification errors caused by changes in the mechanical characteristics of inhaul cable boundaries, and improving the cable tension measurement efficiency and accuracy. The present invention has very good application prospects in the aspect of cable tension real-time monitoring of inhaul cable structures. This method is especially suitable for structures having the mechanical characteristics of inhaul cable boundaries continuously changing along with working conditions in actual operation, and has high practicability and wide applicability.

Abstract

Disclosed are an omnidirectional observation under-actuated capsule robot and an axial flip magnetic control operation method therefor. A radially magnetized neodymium-iron-boron magnetic ring is placed within a cavity of a capsule sphere in a non-connection mode. The neodymium-iron-boron magnetic ring independently follows a rotating magnetic field, races around a capsule axis, and is completely suspended within the cavity of the capsule sphere filled with silicone oil. Under the actuation of a coaxial following magnetic moment, the under-actuated capsule sphere cannot self-rotate around the capsule axis, but the capsule axis can flip over synchronously following a rotation axis of the magnetic field. By means of the sequential scan within a conical range where the capsule axis forms a certain angle with a vertical direction using a universal magnetic field, or by means of continuous circular flips within a vertical plane parallel to an intestinal bending direction, the capsule robot can achieve omnidirectional observation and diagnosis within the body cavity and navigate along bending directions in constrained environments including the gastrointestinal tract. The present invention improves the scanning range of the capsule, enhances environmental adaptability, achieves high precision in capsule positioning and posture adjustment, enables stable rolling and navigation, and provides a good visual observation effect, thus holding good application prospects.

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of aero-engine fault diagnosis. Provided is a fault-tolerant soft-hard hybrid control method for fault diagnosis of a sensor of an aero-engine. In the method, detection of a soft/hard fault of a sensor of an aero-engine and estimation of the true state of a system are realized by means of a Kalman filter group in a soft/hard fault diagnosis system. A designed soft-fault diagnosis system performs residual processing on measured values of sensors and estimated values of a group of Kalman filters, and solves the weighted sum of squares of same, so as to compare the weighted sum with a known threshold value to further detect whether there is a fault. A designed hard-fault diagnosis system compares the residual absolute value of the measured values of the sensors and the estimated value of a Kalman filter with the known threshold value, so as to further detect whether there is a fault. It is verified that by means of the method, the negative effect of a fault of a sensor of an aero-engine on the overall performance of a system can be effectively removed, such that the system is more stable, and various performance indexes can better meet requirements.

Abstract

A capsule network-based motor imagery electroencephalography (EEG) signal recognition method, relating to the technical field of deep learning and brain-computer interfaces, comprising: mapping EEG time series into a three-dimensional array form according to electrode space distribution; constructing a three-dimensional capsule network (3D-CapsNet) motor imagery EEG signal recognition model by combining a capsule network with 3D convolution, a 3D convolution module using multi-layer 3D convolution to extract features from a time dimension and an inter-channel space dimension at the same time to obtain low-level features; integrating, by means of the capsule network, the low-level features outputted by the 3D convolution module to obtain a high-level space vector comprising the relationship between the features; and connecting a primary capsule and a motion capsule by using a dynamic routing, wherein a capsule network module finally outputs a classification result by means of a nonlinear activation function squash. By using a capsule network-based inter-capsule dynamic routing connection mode to replace a traditional fully connected layer, the need of a network to use a pooling layer to reduce a feature dimension is avoided, and many EEG detail features are retained, thereby ensuring effective feature extraction.

Abstract

The present invention provides an optimization algorithm for automatically determining variational mode decomposition parameters based on bearing vibration signals. First, mode energy is used to reflect bandwidth, a bandwidth optimization sub-model is established to automatically obtain optimal bandwidth parameter αopt. Secondly, energy loss optimization sub-model is established to avoid under-decomposition. Thirdly, a mode mean position distance optimization sub-model is established to prevent the generation of too much K and avoid the phenomenon of over-decomposition. Finally, considering the interaction between the bandwidth parameter α and the total number of modes K, the interaction between mode components and the integrity of reconstruction information, nonlinear transformation is performed by a logarithmic function, so as to make the values of three optimization sub-models form similar scales, obtain an optimization model that can automatically determine optimal VMD parameters αopt and Kopt, and establish a quantitative evaluation index for the decomposition performance of a VMD algorithm.

Abstract

A photosensitizer molecule increases the retention time thereof in a tumor and the enhancement of the therapy for large-volume tumors. AN-BDP is synthesized by means of introducing anthracene into BODIPY-meso, and due to the strong intermolecular π-π interaction of anthracene, AN-BDP and an amphiphilic block copolymer DSPE-PEG2000 are self-assembled into stable nanoparticles AN-BDP NPs. By means of anthracene, AN-BDP can be excited to a triplet excited state under light irradiation and acts with O2 to generate 1O2. AN-BDP NPs are enriched at the tumor site and retained for about 10 days after tail vein injection. In a mouse tumor model having a conventional volume tumor, AN-BDP NPs can completely inhibit the growth of the tumor by means of one-time tail vein injection and one-time photoirradiation therapy.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is an anhydrous anaerobic operation method, belonging to the technical field of chemistry. The present invention uses a low-melting-point organic solid instead of a liquid solvent subjected to anhydrous anaerobic treatment, and uses a vacuumizing method to remove air, so as to eliminate water and oxygen in a reaction system. After heating, the low-melting-point organic solid is melted to serve as a solvent, and reactants react under the heating condition. In addition, since the reaction system is all solid before heating, avoiding liquids being gasified and escaped due to excessively high degrees of vacuum, a higher degree of vacuum may be used for vacuumizing so as to thoroughly extract air including air adsorbed on the surface of the solid, thereby completely eliminating the water or oxygen in the reaction system, and avoiding the need of feeding an inert gas to replace air anymore. The method has simple operation and low costs and may be popularized and applied in a large scale.

Finally, prediction is conducted on test set data: the test set data is preprocessed in the same manner, and data dimensions are adjusted according to input requirements of a saved optimal prediction model; and flow field images in the plane cascade at an inlet attack angle of 10° are obtained through the prediction model. The present invention can effectively avoid the problem of limited measurement range of sensors in an axial flow compressor, and the prediction result is highly consistent with the calculation result of CFD.

Abstract

The present application relates to a method for selectively oxidizing styrene in water. The method comprises: adding styrene, a catalyst and an oxidizing agent to a reaction solvent, performing an oxidation reaction at 25-55°C, and filtering the resulting product after the oxidation reaction is completed, so as to obtain a filtrate, wherein the reaction solvent is water; the oxidizing agent is cumyl hydroperoxide or a hydrogen peroxide solution; and the catalyst is polymanganese porphyrin. The reaction solvent for the oxidization of styrene is water, which replaces a conventionally used organic solvent. The method is safe, inexpensive, non-toxic and pollution-free, and conforms to the modern concept of green chemistry; and the polymanganese porphyrin catalyst is used in combination with an oxidizing agent, such that a selective catalytic reaction is efficiently carried out in a water solvent. The system has short reaction time, a high conversion rate, and relatively high selectivity.

Abstract

A method for evaluating a surface cleanliness oriented toward additive forging of a metal substrate employs weight coefficients corresponding to oil contaminants, particles and chips. Contamination scores of different contaminants are determined separately by different methods, and a surface cleanliness thereof is characterized in a quantitative manner by calculating the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of each contaminant. Further, an accurate and systematic method for evaluating a surface cleanliness employs weight coefficient of each contaminant determined based on a degree of adverse influence of the contaminant on the interface bonding of a substrate. Different detection methods are used for different contaminants. The contamination score of each contaminant is determined by the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of the corresponding contaminant, the comparison relationship is thus established, a cleanliness level is finally determined.

Abstract

22 capture apparatus and method using a hydrate method. The apparatus comprises a seawater input module, a hydrating agent supply module, a hydrate nucleation module, a hydrate enhanced growth module, a hydrate slurry filtering module, a hydrate block collection module and an external electric field module. Incoming seawater and an incoming hydrating agent generate small hydrate particles under low temperature and high pressure, the small hydrate particles flow through an electric field (29) to accelerate the growth thereof and are then subjected to efficient separation, drying and compression by a hydrate solid-liquid separation chamber (39), and finally, a hydrate block is produced. The combined use of a stirring method, a spraying method and an external electric field (29) can effectively solve the problems of hydrate formation being slow and having a long cycle. The design of a hydrate solid-liquid separation chamber (39) can efficiently filter out hydrate particles and prevent the blockage of a sieve plate. Using heat exchangers (3, 24, 30) at multiple positions allows for the recycling of cold energy from a discharged waste material, thereby greatly improving the utilization efficiency and economic benefit of energy.

Abstract

An isogeometric sampling-based wind field interpolation simulation method, relating to the technical field of structural wind engineering. In the present invention, main steps for generating wind velocity time history comprise: firstly, inputting basic parameters of wind field simulation and the number of initial sampling points, and selecting sampling points by using an isogeometric sampling method; calculating a relative error maximum value of all frequency bands by using a defined relative error, and comparing a fit error with a given allowable error; if the fit error is greater than the allowable error, increasing the number of sampling points, and re-selecting sampling points; if the fit error is less than or equal to the allowable error, completing the selection of sampling points, and calculating, by using an interpolation function, a lower triangular matrix required for simulation; then generating a fluctuating wind field by using a harmonic superposition method. According to the present invention, interpolation points selected by isogeometric sampling have good representativeness, the statistical characteristics of the wind velocity time history obtained by combining subsequent interpolation and harmonic superposition are well simulated, and the simulation efficiency is greatly improved; moreover, the method is simple to operate and has a reasonable theoretical background.

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of friction stir welding (FSW) temperature detection, and relates to a temperature characterization method of FSW weld zone based on infrared thermal imager. The invention combines theory with experiment. A temperature field simulation model of FSW is established based on DEFORM. The data sets of temperature of surface feature points, the maximum and minimum temperatures in weld zone are obtained according to the simulation model result. Then, Support Vector Regression (SVR) is used to establish a temperature characterization model, which represents the correlation between the temperature of surface feature points and the maximum and minimum temperatures in weld zone. In the actual welding process, an infrared camera is used to measure the temperature of the surface feature point in real-time. Combined with the built temperature characterization model, the characterization of the maximum and minimum temperatures in weld zone is achieved.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a prediction method for a maximum velocity profile in a wave boundary layer based on velocity defect functions. The method overcomes the theoretical defects of the existing velocity defect functions. That is, the velocity profile in a turbulent wave boundary layer cannot be realized; and in addition, without the assumption of linear wave conditions, the method is suitable for nonlinear waves and at the same time, for a small A/k, range, and can be extended to the analysis and prediction for the maximum velocity profile under the condition that the spatial distribution of roughness elements of gravel seabed, etc. obviously affects the flow structure of the boundary layer. The present invention can be directly applied to the analysis and prediction for physical quantities/processes, such as characteristics of the wave boundary layer, stress of underwater structures, and starting and transport of submarine sediments.

Abstract

A pure-rolling generating measurement method and device for gear helix artifact is proposed, which use a dividing table to accurately control the linear rail slide block assembly component to rotate according to the helix angle of different base circle. The height of the measuring point is the installation height of the working plane of generating rails, so as to ensure that the measuring point is always located on the dividing cylindrical surface of the gear helix artifact. When the gear helix artifact does pure-rolling motion, the slide block performs high-precision linear motion on the working surface of two fixed rails; the pure-rolling motion is proportional to the high-precision linear motion, so that the inductor micro-displacement probe can complete the measurement of the helix deviations of the gear helix artifact with different base circle helix angle.

Abstract

A tactile image super-resolution reconstruction method and acquisition system, belonging to the field of tactile sensing. The method first acquires a high-resolution tactile image sample by using a low-resolution tactile sensor, then uses a tactile super-resolution data set to train a tactile super-resolution model based on deep learning, and finally, by using the tactile super-resolution model, reconstructs a super-resolution tactile image from tactile data of a contact surface to be tested. Only using an existing taxel-based low-resolution tactile sensor, the method can effectively recover the shape of a contact surface by means of tactile super-resolution reconstruction technology based on deep learning. Thus, whilst the resolution of a tactile sensor is improved, the characteristics of the sensor, such as lightness, flexibility and easy integration to devices like a robot, can be maintained.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission and provides a non-orthogonal elliptical toroidal worm gear pair, comprising an involute cylindrical gear and an elliptical toroidal worm formed by spreading a primary envelope of the involute cylindrical gear. The involute cylindrical gear and the elliptical toroidal worm are in spatial non-orthogonal transmission, and a crossed-axis angle satisfies a self-locking condition and a limiting condition of a minimum tooth crest width. A toroidal generatrix of the elliptical toroidal worm is elliptical, which can increase the number of engaged teeth and the total length of an instant contact line. The non-orthogonal elliptical toroidal worm gear pair provided in the present invention has the characteristics of toroidal worm transmission, and can achieve full-tooth-width participation of a gear in engagement transmission. In comparison with TI worm transmission of a spiral cylindrical gear, the non-orthogonal elliptical toroidal worm gear pair has the advantages of stable transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, remarkable error homogenization effect of multi-tooth transmission, uniform gear tooth surface abrasion, good precision retentivity, etc., can be applied to the fields of precise continuous indexing transmission, cylindrical gear tooth surface continuous grinding, etc., and has good application and popularization value and industrialization prospects.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a flexible dot matrix bonding apparatus and an adaptive clamping method for a disk-type planar component. The apparatus mainly comprises three components: a substrate, connecting rods and an auxiliary support. The threaded holes in a circumferential array are uniformly distributed in the substrate, and the connecting rods are fixed at different circumferential positions of the substrate in a threaded connection manner, which play a role in bonding and supporting the disk-type planar component. The auxiliary support is matched with the substrate, so that a workpiece after turning can be taken out without damage. According to detection results of machining deformation of the disk-type planar component, the installation positions of the connecting rods on the substrate are adjusted accordingly, thus changing bonding positions of the disk-type planar component. Finally, an adaptive clamping method aiming at reducing the machining deformation of the disk-type planar component is formed.

Abstract

A pseudo-static force calculation method for power transmission line lateral imbalance force, belonging to the technical field of disaster prevention and reduction for power transmission lines. The method can quantify significant imbalance force given by a failure pylon to adjacent pylons, and then quantitatively evaluates a cascade failure risk of a power transmission line. In addition, the method does not need a large number of iterations, and can reveal influences of various factors on the imbalance force in a parameterized form. Compared with prior methods, the method quantifies an influence of a large deformation effect of a conductive wire on a wind load. Meanwhile, proposed trapezoidal equivalent wind pressure corrects the wind load of the conductive wire, thus avoiding an error in calculating the wind load of the conductive wire due to a relatively large vertical elevation difference, better reflecting an actual mechanical state of the line, and optimizing the prior power transmission line wind load calculation methods. The method is simple to implement, exhibits high analysis efficiency and precision, has a very good application prospect in the power transmission line design industry, is suitable for power transmission line analysis under various conditions, and has wide applicability.

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of power system operations and provides a method for quantifying the flexibility demand and coordinating optimization of a hydro-wind-solar multi-energy complementary system. Firstly, the flexibility demand quantification method considering the uncertainty of wind and solar power output is constructed, and the wind and solar power output interval is divided by using quantile points to generate a set of output scenarios, and then the flexibility demand under each scenario is calculated. Based on the quantitative index of flexibility demand, an optimal operation model of hydro-wind-solar complementary system considering the minimum expectation of system flexibility deficiency is constructed to realize the optimal calculation of hydro-wind-solar complementary. By utilizing an actual wind-hydro complementary system of the Yunnan Power Grid, the model is validated for different new energy access ratios. The results show that the method of the present invention can give a complementary operation and scheduling scheme for multiple types of power sources under different conditions, effectively meet the flexibility demand of the system, reduce the abandoned power and improve the level of clean energy integration.

Abstract

A multidisciplinary structural design optimization method for a fuel assembly based on co-simulation takes the fuel assembly as a research object, and establishes a surrogate model by determining appropriate optimization design parameters with respect to the optimization requirements and low design of experiments efficiency of the fuel assembly under the working conditions of flow, solid and thermal multidisciplinary coupling. At the same time, the method combines optimization algorithms to realize the structural optimization design of a flaky fuel assembly with multiple narrow flow channels based on the characteristic of rapid optimization of ISIGHT, thereby effectively solving the problem of uneven temperature distribution of the structure. The method integrates NX, ICEM CFD, FLUENT and ABAQUS based on ISIGHT to construct a co-simulation platform, does not need to repeatedly manually set the software in multiple calculations, and can greatly save time cost while satisfying design requirements, and can shorten an optimization cycle.

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a random particle generation method based on particle size distribution, which can accord with the particle size distribution characteristics of a geological structure. According to this method, random particle generation is adopted, so that a common spherical structure is avoided, and a generated particle structure is very similar to a real soil structure. Based on actual particle size distribution, particles with different particle sizes are generated by batch generation, particle seeds are generated at random pore locations, and particles are generated based on the seeds. By providing a random particle generation method based on particle size distribution, a soil structure in a form of porous media can be restored by means of simulation, which thus provides a porous medium model for the research of groundwater infiltration and fossil energy exploitation.

Abstract

A correction method and system for a thin-walled cylindrical shell model, relating to the technical field of analysis and design of a main bearing member in an aeronautic/astronautic structure. In the method, the influence of a fine feature structure in an astronautic cylindrical shell structure on the rigidity and mass is equivalently transferred to a skin and a stiffener, and then the influence of the fine feature structure on the overall structural bearing capacity is simulated. The influence of the fine feature structure such as a chamfer on the structural mass and rigidity is fully considered, a simulation model is updated by means of a homogenization-based optimization algorithm, and a structural behavior, a local buckling behavior, and a post-buckling behavior of a grid stiffened cylinder when a material exceeds the yield limit and enters a plastic stage can be accurately simulated. The analysis precision of an entity model method and the analysis efficiency of a shell model are both achieved, and the problem of high computational costs in a fine and lightweight design of complex thin-walled structures in carrier rockets is solved.

Abstract

A method for preparing a combination adjuvant is based on carboxyl modified aluminum oxyhydroxide nanoparticles. The preparation method uses carboxylated hydroxyl oxide nanoparticles as a carrier, but is not limited to the role of a carrier. The carboxylated hydroxyl oxide nanoparticles are combined with a novel CpG-ODN adjuvant, such that the half-life period of a CpG adjuvant is prolonged. The combination of adjuvants shows a synergistic effect, such that the Th2 type immune stimulation ability is enhanced, and the possibility of Th1 type immunity is also given to the adjuvant.

Abstract

A finite time speed control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on a fast integral terminal sliding mode and disturbance estimation comprises: firstly, determining a mathematical model of a speed loop of the PMSM under the influence of system parameters uncertainty and unknown load torque; secondly, designing an improved fast integral terminal sliding surface on the basis of the idea of terminal sliding mode control; then, proposing a disturbance estimation method based on an adaptive fuzzy system with respect to the disturbance in a PMSM system; designing a PMSM speed controller on this basis; and finally, completing the concrete implementation of the whole technical solution. The present invention designs the fast integral terminal sliding surface and a sliding mode control law to ensure that a motor speed tracking error converges to zero within finite time and enhances the rapidity of a PMSM speed regulating system.
