Abstract

A middle illuminated button switch including a printed circuit board (PCB), a base and a cover. A guide core is arranged between the base and the cover, a through hole is arranged at the bottom of the base and under the guide core. A light guide groove is provided at the lower end surface of the guide core. A light-emitting element is arranged on the upper end of the PCB, and the light-emitting element is inserted into the base from the through hole and embedded in the light guide groove. Abstract

The conductive elastic piece of the electrical component is mounted in a cavity surrounded by the upper cover, the base and the varistor. The infrared tube, the balance frame, and the resetting mechanism are disposed beneath and covered by the keycap. In operation, upon being pressed by an external force, the balance frame leads the keycap to move downwards smoothly; the light-blocking member moves upwards or downwards along with the motion of the keycap and the balance frame or the resetting mechanism. The resetting mechanism is configured to reset the keycap or the balance frame.
