Abstract
The invention relates to a filling device (1) for filling bulk material into bags (200), comprising at least one filling nozzle (2) and a frame unit (3). A bag (200) can be attached to the frame unit (2), wherein the frame unit (3) can be moved between a filling position (6) in a filling station (7) and a resting position (8) in a resting station (9). The method for filling bulk material into bags (200) using a filling device (1) of this type comprises the following steps, in an appropriate order: attaching a bag (200) to a frame unit (3) in the attaching position (4) or in the filling position (6); moving the frame unit (3) with the attached bag (200) into the filling position (6) and/or filling the bag (200) in the filling position (200); moving the frame unit (3) with the filled bag (200) into the resting position (8); transferring the frame unit (3) and/or another frame unit (3) into the attaching position (4) and/or into the filling position (6); removing the filled bag (200) from the frame unit (3) in the resting station (9) after a predetermined resting phase or directly removing and setting down the bag (200) to rest in the resting station (9); transporting away the filled and removed bag (200).

Abstract
The invention relates to a filling system (100) comprising a filling device (1) for filling bulk material into bags (200) and a separation device (50). The filling device (1) comprises a filling nozzle (2) to which a bag (200) to be filled can be connected by an operator. The separation device (50) is designed and suitable for separating a filling region (3) of the filling device (1) from a working region (51) for an operator. In addition, the separation device (50) comprises a handling section (52) having a through-opening (53), through which an operator can reach to connect a bag (200) to the filling nozzle (2). In the method for securing at least one bag (200) to a filling nozzle (2) of a filling device (1) of a filling system (100) of this type, an operator reaches through the through-opening (53) in the handling section (52) of the separation device (50) and connects the bag (200) to the filling nozzle (2).
