Abstract

A 3D printer extrusion structure, comprising: a housing; a motor provided on the housing; an active extrusion gear provided in the housing and connected to the motor; an adjusting support rotatably connected inside the housing; a driven extrusion gear provided at one end of the adjusting support and rotatably connected to the adjusting support; and an elastic member, the elastic member being connected to an other end of the adjusting support to enable the end of the adjusting support provided with the driven extrusion gear to approach the active extrusion gear, so that the driven extrusion gear works in conjunction with the active extrusion gear to extrude material, wherein the end of the adjusting support provided with the driven extrusion gear extends to the outside of the housing.

Abstract

A feed detection apparatus of a 3D printer, comprising a gear, a measurement device, a support, and a compression assembly. The gear is provided on the support to abut against a filament material, and rotates along with a movement of the filament material. The measurement device is placed on the support to measure a rotating speed of the gear, and determines a feeding status of the filament material according to a measurement result. The compression assembly comprises a connection member and an abutment member; the connection member is provided between the support and the abutment member; the abutment member is used for regulating a pressure of the connecting member applied on the support so as to enable the gear to abut against the filament material.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a method and apparatus for automatically improving printing effect, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an import request of a 3D model, and parsing a triangle patch comprised in the 3D model; acquiring all angular points of the 3D model according to the triangle patch, subtracting a minimum angular point from a maximum angular point to obtain a bounding box of the 3D model, creating an axis perpendicular to the bounding box; using the axis and a platform inclination angle to calculate a quaternion related to the rotation of the 3D model; multiplying a space matrix of the bounding box of the 3D model by the rotation matrix, enabling a printing path to be perpendicular to the bounding box. The model is imported to automatically keep the inclination angle consistent with a platform, thereby improving the printing effect.
