Abstract

By changing a structure of an even tail of a conventional pressure measuring interface, a turbulence block protrudes from an end surface of the pressure measuring interface, and by means of a principle of uneven air distribution, the turbulence block changes the direction of the airflow in the pressure measuring interface, thereby influencing the negative pressure output value of the pressure measuring interface. The angle of the turbulence block of the pressure measuring interface is changed through rotation to obtain different negative pressure output values, thereby meeting requirements for negative pressure output values of different fans.

Abstract

The invention discloses a stator, comprising a stator core, a plurality of windings and an insulating plate, a plurality of teeth protruding from the stator core, the winding being received in the slot and wrapping around the tooth, and the insulating plate being disposed on the surface of the stator core, wherein a plurality of cylinders is disposed on the insulating plate, a transition line of an in- phase winding between two adjacent teeth is hang on the cylinder; and a plurality of supporting mechanisms is disposed on the cylinder. The transition lines do not intersect each other in three-dimensional space and anti-phase windings are completed isolated, which effectively solve an insulation problem between windings and facilitate rapid winding for wire winding devices.

Abstract

An external rotor for a direct current drive motor, comprising a side wall (1), an end cover (2) disposed at the bottom of the side wall (1), a cavity (3) formed therebetween, a plurality of openings (4) formed in the side wall (1), a base (5) disposed at the center of the end cover (2), and a center hole (7) connected to a transmission shaft of the motor and disposed at the center of the base (5); wherein the side wall (1) and the end cover (2) are integrally formed by injection molding, and a magnetic yoke shell (12) and a plurality of magnetic tiles (6) are received in the side wall (1). The side wall and the end cover integrally formed by injection molding and the magnetic yoke shell and the magnetic tiles received in the side wall facilitate easy production, good integrity, light weight and low cost.

Abstract

A housing for an external rotor, comprising a side wall (1), an end cover (2) disposed at the bottom of the side wall (1), a cavity (3) formed therebetween, a plurality of openings (4) formed in the side wall (1), a base (5) disposed at the center of the end cover (2), and a center hole (7) connected to a transmission shaft of the motor and disposed at the center of the base (5). Abstract

An end cover for an external rotor motor. The external rotor motor has a stator core having a center hole, and the end cover including a body, a cylindrical connecting portion, and multiple protruding bars each having an arc-shaped top surface. The cylindrical connecting portion is extended from the center of the body and received in the center hole of the stator core, the protruding bars are disposed on outer surface of the cylindrical connecting portion and extended in an axial direction, and the arc- shaped top surface of the protruding bar is fit with inner wall of the center hole of the stator core. The end cover is accurately fit with a stator core, requires no further processing after die--casting and thus reducing production cost, and is capable of preventing aluminum scraps from entering a stator.

Abstract

A starting circuit for a single-phase AC motor, comprising; a main winding, a detecting circuit, a rectifying and filtering circuit, a triggering circuit, a switching circuit and a starting winding. The detecting circuit is connected in series to the main winding for transforming current parameters thereof into detecting signals. The switching circuit is connected in series to the starting winding. The rectifying and filtering circuit processes the detecting signals and the processed detecting signals to the triggering circuit.
