Abstract

The invention relates to a connection device comprising at least one direct-plug-in clamping connection which has a direct-plug-in design for plugging in an electric conductor and which has a clamping spring and a busbar and/or a clamping cage. The clamping spring is designed to clamp an electric conductor, which is plugged into the direct-plug-in clamping connection, so as to contact the busbar and/or the clamping cage in an electrically conductive manner, wherein the direct-plug-in clamping connection additionally has an actuation means which can be moved from a base position into an actuation position and back, and the actuation means adjusts the clamping spring so as to release the electric conductor in the actuation position. The actuation means has at least two actuation regions which are provided for placing an actuation tool and are arranged at an angle which is greater than 0° relative to each other. When the actuation means is adjusted from the base position into the actuation position and back into the base position from the actuation position, the actuation means is moved about an imaginary rotational point which changes positions. The invention additionally relates to a series connection assembly comprising at least two such connection devices designed in the form of series connection devices. The invention also relates to a method for installing such a connection device.

Abstract

A clamping jaw of a connecting terminal includes a rotary cylinder assembly configured for achieving different swing angles for clamping different types of connecting terminals. The rotary cylinder assembly includes a rotating shaft for providing a driving force through rotating cylinder and an initial state limit part. A first state limit part is configured to position the rotating cylinder in a first rotation angle and a second state limit part has a working and non-working position. When the second state limit part is in the working position, it is configured to position the rotating cylinder in a second rotation angle. When the second state limit part is in the non-working position, it is configured to position the rotating cylinder in the first rotation angle. The second rotation angle is smaller than the first rotation angle.

Abstract

A spring force terminal such as a direct plug-in terminal for connecting a flexible stranded conductor includes a housing having a chamber and a plug-in channel for the conductor into the chamber. A busbar or a clamping cage are provided and a clamping spring arranged in the chamber acts as a compression spring for fixing the electrical conductor on the busbar or the clamping cage in the region of a clamping point. The clamping spring has a clamping leg pivotable around a pivot axis, which is adjustable from a latching state in which it is latched in a latching position into a clamping state in which it is unlatched from the latching position and presses the electrical conductor against the busbar or the clamping cage. The latching state is produced by pressing on the clamping leg in the conductor insertion direction using a pusher wherein the clamping leg is releasable from the latching state using two different actuatable adjustment devices. The second release element is designed to release the pusher from the latching position to release the clamping leg from the latching state. The release element is arranged and formed laterally in relation to the pusher in the chamber in such a way that it acts on the pusher essentially perpendicularly to the conductor insertion direction to release the pusher from the latching position.

Abstract

A cable marker strip includes two rows of cable markers which are arranged behind one another in a cable direction. The cable marker strip includes a labeling track which has one labeling surface for each cable marker, wherein one fastening structure is provided for each cable marker on a fastening surface of the labeling track. The fastening surface lies opposite the labeling surface and has a connecting track and two holding limbs which are connected to the connecting track, which lie opposite one another, and together define a cable receptacle. Starting from the connecting track, spacing the holding limbs from one another decreases in the region of the cable receptacle so that the cable receptacle tapers. A printer for printing the cable marker strip and a method for printing the cable marker strip by way of the printer are also provided. The printer includes a print head which is arranged above pressure bars for the rows of cable markers.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for marking electrical appliances (2) which are arrangeable in a row, and which are arranged on a support rail (1), with the aid of a laser head (21), wherein the support rail (1) is pivotable about the longitudinal axis thereof, and the laser head (21) is guided so as to be movable at least along the longitudinal axis of the support rail (1). The method comprises the following steps: - specifying a number of marking instructions, each comprising a marking content and a position and an orientation of the surface to which the marking content is to be applied; - creating an image of at least a section of the support rail (1) and at least one electrical device (2) from an image capture device, and correcting at least one of the positions at which one of the marking contents is to be applied on the basis of an evaluation of the image; - grouping the marking instructions in marking levels (3) in such a way that all the marking instructions of one marking level (3) can be applied by the laser head (21) without a movement of the laser head (21) or of the support rail (1), wherein the marking levels (3) differ in terms of spatial coordinates and/or parameters for the laser head (21); - selecting a first one of the marking levels (3); - positioning the laser head (21) and/or pivoting the support rail (1) in accordance with the spatial coordinates of the selected marking level (3); - applying markings (5) in accordance with the marking instructions of the selected marking level (3) with the parameters for the laser head (21); and - selecting a next one of the marking levels (3) for marking on the basis of those movements of the laser head (21) and of the support rail (1) which would be necessary to enable markings in accordance with the next one of the marking levels (3) to be applied. The invention further relates to a device for carrying out said method.
