Abstract

This information processing device displays on a display device a virtual game field in which a player character is positioned. The information processing device generates an integrated accessory object having an appearance in which an accessory object and a material object are integrated, on the basis of the accessory object and the material object. The information processing device generates the integrated accessory object if an integrating instruction is issued in a state in which a scene in which the player character equipped with the accessory object and the material object are placed in the game field is being displayed on the display device. In the above case, the information processing device makes a display in which the material object disappears and the accessory object with which the player character is equipped is changed to the integrated accessory object.

Abstract

An information processing device that repeatedly obtains an input position detected by a pointing device. The information processing device sets a reference position on the basis of the input position when input to the pointing device started. The information processing device executes first travel processing whereby a first object is moved in a virtual game space, on the basis of the reference position and an input position for an input continuously input since input to the pointing device started. The information processing device executes a first processing on a second object that is the same as or different from the first object, if the input position for an input continuously input since input to the pointing device started fulfils a prescribed condition relating to the relationship between the input position and the reference position.

Abstract

A game program causes a play character to move in a predetermined direction in a virtual game space even in the absence of the input of a movement instruction from a player, and causes a game screen including the play character to scroll so as to follow the movement of the play character. Upon determining that a touch operation has been detected when a positional relationship between a predetermined object and the play character satisfies a predetermined condition, the direction of movement of the play character is temporarily changed to a direction which includes a component of an opposite direction from the predetermined direction.

Abstract

The present invention concerns a method and a device for estimating the value of an input in a real-time system. It concerns more particularly real time interactive systems where the input is tracked using a first sensor, typically a camera in presence of a perturbing factor. The perturbing factor is estimated using a second sensor. The component of input computed values due to the perturbing factor are cancelled based on this estimation. A next input value is then estimated from the previous computed input values where the perturbing factor has been cancelled. The estimation is then corrected by applying back the estimation of the perturbing factor.
