The present invention provides an air-conditioning and ventilation system which provides a high level of comfort and performs appropriate ventilation. An air-conditioning and ventilation system (100) is provided with an air conditioning unit (40) which has at least a compressor and carries out air conditioning of a room (R1), and a ventilation unit (10) which has an intake fan and an outlet fan and ventilates the room (R1), wherein if a detection value from a carbon dioxide concentration sensor (20) or a free particle measurement sensor provided to the room (R1) is at or above a first prescribed value, the ventilation unit (10) increases the amount of ventilation, and the air conditioning unit (40) increases the rotational speed of the compressor.Classes IPC ?
