Provided is an autonomous travel vehicle collision avoidance device comprising a radar sensor which transmits radar waves and receives reflected waves from an object, said device comprising: a processing unit which acquires, from a signal received by the radar sensor, information relating to the position of the object and information relating to the reflection power of the reflected waves; a generation unit which, if the reflection power is greater than or equal to a prescribed value, generates information relating to a no-travel area which is an area in the vicinity of the object wherein an autonomous travel vehicle cannot travel; and an output unit which outputs information relating to the no-travel area.
