A lift device includes a lift assembly, a platform, and a controller. The lift assembly is configured to be driven to increase or decrease in length by extension and retraction of one or more actuators. The platform is coupled at an upper end of the lift assembly. A deck for a lift device includes a floor that defines a surface, a pair of side portions, multiple wear pads, multiple pins, and a hand rail. The pair of side portions are positioned on opposite sides of the floor. Each of the pair of side portions is configured to define a channel configured to receive a middle rail of a platform of the lift device. A drum drive system includes a controller configured to control a prime mover, a variable displacement pump, and a variable displacement motor of the vehicle to provide a target drum speed for a drum of the vehicle. A vehicle includes an energy storage system, a battery cooling system, and a thermal event management system. The energy storage system includes a battery arranged within a battery housing. The battery cooling system includes a first conduit positioned internal to the battery housing and adjacent the battery. The first conduit is configured to facilitate circulating a first fluid through the battery housing to thermally regulate the battery. The thermal event management system includes a second conduit with a fluid diverter positioned therealong. The second conduit is positioned adjacent to at least one of the battery or the battery housing. The second conduit is configured to receive a second fluid. The refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body coupled with the chassis, a tailgate, an electric lock, and a fully electric tailgate actuator assembly. The body assembly defines a refuse compartment. The tailgate is coupled with a rear of the body and is transitionable between a first position to limit access to the refuse compartment and a second position to allow access to the refuse compartment. The electric lock is operable between an engaged state and a disengaged state to limit movement of the tailgate out of the first position when the electric lock is in the engaged state. The fully electric tailgate actuator assembly is configured to transition the tailgate between the first position and the second position.
