Abstract
A rendering system comprises an instruction server which exports information relating to screen rendering instructions on the basis of information received from a client terminal, and a rendering server which renders the screen in accordance with the information relating to the rendering instructions received from the instruction server, and transmits the rendered screen to the client terminal. The instruction server exports the information relating to the rendering instructions, and transmission destination information, to a rendering server, from a plurality of rendering servers associated with the instruction server, that is deploying at least a part of the rendering resources required to render the screen in accordance with the information relating to the rendering instructions. Then, the rendering server reads out the rendering resources that are not yet being deployed, from among the required rendering resources, deploys and retains them in a deployment region, renders the screen on the basis of the information relating to the rendering instructions, and transmits the rendered screen to the target client terminal.

Abstract
In the present invention, in response to receiving a request for provision of content from a content playback device, a content provision device transmits to the content playback device first data including at least data that is necessary to play back content, out of data related to content. After the transmission of the first data, the content provision device serially transmits second data other than the first data out of the data related to content. The content playback device transmits the request for provision to the content provision device and receives the first data. After completion of the receipt of the first data, the content playback device uses the first data to execute a process for playing back the content. Further, when the second data is serially received, the content playback device uses the received second data and first data to execute the process for playing back the content.

Abstract
[Problem] The problem to be solved by the present invention is increasing speed of data transmission while resolving the problem of bottlenecks that occur when content data is distributed to client terminals in a server-client system. [Solution] The present invention is based on the knowledge that, when content data is split into multiple pieces of data and there is a request from a client terminal to download the content data, in addition to a transfer to the client terminal from a server that has the content data, the split-up data of the content data is transferred via a P2P communications network from other client terminals that have in a cache region the split-up data of the content data, and the content data is reconstructed within the client terminal, thereby enabling the realization of higher speed data transfer rates by means of multiple paths while resolving bottlenecks where traffic is concentrated on the server.

Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to individually process and radiate sound at the destination at which original-sound data indicating an original sound is output. A game advancement unit (110) advances a game by interpreting an operation signal received by an operation unit (13), and displays a video corresponding to the progress state of the game on a display unit (14) while also reading out a plurality of audio data items from a memory unit (12). An original-sound data generation unit (111) generates a plurality of original-sound data items on the basis of the plurality of audio data items that have been read out. An output unit (15) forms the plurality of original-sound data items generated by the original-sound data generation unit (111) into packets and outputs the packets to an acoustic processor (2) by means of a separate channel for each packet. A control signal generation unit (112) generates control signals which correspond to each communication path in the output unit (15) for the original-sound data items generated by the original-sound data generation unit (111), and which describe the attributes of the original-sound data items. The acoustic processor searches original-sound data items reconstructed from packets which correspond to time stamps of the control signals, and processes the original-sound data items on the basis of the control signals.

Abstract
Disclosed is a real-time camera dictionary for providing an information display device capable of displaying a translated word or translation information in real-time. The disclosed information display device relates to a camera dictionary capable of performing dictionary display in real-time. In addition, the device determines characters included in an object photographed by a photography unit (11). Furthermore, the device extracts information corresponding to the characters from a dictionary (12). Examples of information corresponding to the characters are a translated word or example that corresponds to a given term. Then a display unit (16) displays information corresponding to the characters.

Abstract
It is possible to shift the viewpoint position and the visual axis direction of a play character by an intuitional operation method without requiring learning in advance. When a player touches inside a shift judgment region, a virtual 3D image (513) in which a character has advanced in the visual line direction. When the player touches left side and outside of the shift judgment region, a virtual 3D image (514) in which a virtual camera is panned in the leftward direction is displayed. When the player touches right side and outside of the shift judgment region, a virtual 3D image (515) in which the virtual camera is panned in the rightward direction is displayed. Moreover, when the player touches an upper portion, a virtual 3D image (516) in which the virtual camera is tilted upward is displayed and when the player touches a lower portion, a virtual 3D image (517) in which the virtual camera is tilted downward is displayed.

Abstract
Each of information on user characteristic and information on game content characteristic is arranged as position information using two or more parameters on the same coordinate system. The contents are divided into a plurality of content groups. Upon reception of an information search request from a user, a distance between the position corresponding to the user characteristic and the position of the center of gravity of each content group is obtained unless the target content condition is decided. When the target content condition is decided, a distance between the segment connecting the user position with the content position selected as the target and the position of center of gravity of each content group is obtained. Not only the content contained in the group approximating the user characteristic or the target content but also the content contained in a comparatively approximating group is presented to the user as a selection candidate according to the obtained distance.
