Abstract

Disclosed is a method for evaluating a sensor device, said sensor device comprising at least one proximity sensor. The sensor values (S1, S2) measured by the proximity sensor are monitored (in block 10), and when the beginning of an actuation is ascertained, a timer (t1) is started (in block 30). When the first timer has reached a first target value (tz1) and the measured sensor values (S1, S2) consistently meet a first criterion since the first timer was started, a first operation signal is output (in block 30). When the additional measured sensor values meet a second criterion (in block 20) configured to recognize a valid execution of an operation gesture, a valid operation is ascertained and a second operation signal is output (in block 20) provided that a first operation signal has already been output. If no first operation signal has been output, the first operation signal is output first, followed by the second operation signal.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for evaluating a sensor device, said sensor device comprising at least one proximity sensor (S2, S3). If the measured sensor values characterize a beginning of an actuation of the sensor device, a first timer (t1) is started. When the first timer has reached a first target value (tz1) and the measured sensor values consistently meet a first criterion since the first timer was started, a first operation signal is output. When the measured sensor values meet a second criterion during the further acquisition of the measured sensor values, a second operation signal is output at the signal output. If the measured sensor values do not meet the second criterion, an erroneous-actuation signal is output at the signal output.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for an emergency unlocking process of a door lock (60) on a motor vehicle, comprising an actuation means (13) for coupling to a door lock (60). A blocking means (31) is coupled to an actuator (10; 34) and can be moved from a blocking position into a release position, wherein the blocking means blocks the movement of the actuation means (13) in the blocking position and thus blocks and unlocking of the door lock. A wireless data interface (14) is coupled to an electronic controller (15) and the actuator. Legitimation data as well as energy for operating the actuator (10; 34) and the controller (15) are received from a mobile device (16) coupled to the data interface. On the basis of the received legitimation data, the actuator is actuated in order to convert the blocking means from the blocking position into the release position. A mechanical access device (12) is operatively connected to the actuation means (13) in order to move the unblocked actuation means in order to unlock the door lock (60).

Abstract

An actuating device for a vehicle, having a circuit board (4; 14; 24) on which a force-actuated switching element (5a, 5b; 16; 26a, 26b) is arranged. The circuit board (4; 14; 24) is mounted in a receptacle (1; 11; 20), and a flexible protective cover (7) is arranged adjacent to the force-actuated switching element (5a, 5b; 16; 26a, 26b), through which flexible protective cover (7) the switching element (5a; 5b; 16; 26a, 26b) can be actuated with deformation of the protective cover (7). The receptacle (1; 11; 20) has a first section (3; 23) with a first elasticity, which first section (3; 23) is coupled to a further section (2; 15) with a second, lower elasticity. The circuit board (4; 14; 24) is held in the first section (3; 23) in a rest position and, in the event of an action of force on the switching element (5a, 5b; 16; 26a, 26b), deflects in the direction of the action of force with deformation of the first section (3; 23). The resetting force, acting on the circuit board (4; 14; 24), of the first section (3; 23) relative to the further section is, in the case of deflections out of the rest position of the circuit board, lower than a maximum admissible actuating force of the switching element.

Coupling means (30a, 30b, 31) and a motor (32) are provided; the grip (4) can be moved between a rest position and an extended actuation position by being driven by the motor (32) via the coupling means (30a, 30b, 31). The grip has sensor components (27a) which sense an actuation force or communication means (27b) which sense a mobile communications device brought closer to the grip. The sensor components (27a) or the communication means (27b) are coupled to an interface via which which actuation signals can be output. In both the actuation position and the rest position, the grip (4) is coupled to the handle housing (20, 20a, 20b) in a positionally fixed and travel-free manner over its entire extension and locked against deflection relative to the handle housing (20, 20a, 20b).

Abstract

A door handle assembly includes a bracket, a slide member, and a counterweight. The slide member is coupled to the bracket and configured to translate between a first position and a second position. The counterweight is pivotally coupled to the bracket and configured to the pivot between a first rotational position and a second rotational position. Upon translation of the slide member from the second position to the first position, the slide member is operable to (i) rotate the counterweight in a first direction from the second rotational position to the first rotational position and (ii) prevent rotation of the counterweight in a second direction from the first rotational position.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a circuit board for connection with a matrix of contact pins on electrical connectors. The layout of known circuit boards must be adapted to different types of connectors. This problem is solved in that the circuit board (20) according to the invention comprises a plurality of contact element groups (80a - 80d), each having a plurality of contact elements (63a, 64a, 65a - 63d, 64d, 65d) for an electrical coupling with a contact pin (41a - 41d, 42a - 42d, 51a - 51d) of an electrical connector (70), wherein the contact elements (63a, 64a, 65a - 63d, 64d, 65d) of a contact element group (80a - 80d) are connected to one another by means of a conductor track (33a - 33d). The contact elements of the contact element groups are arranged in such a manner that contact pin contact groups (90a - 90c) extending in an X-direction of the circuit board (20) are formed, the contact elements (63a - 63d, 64a - 64d, 65a - 65d) of which can be electrically coupled with contact pins (41a - 41d, 42a - 42d, 51a - 51d) of an electrical connector (70).

Abstract

A sensor device for a motor vehicle for detecting an operation by a user, comprising at least one capacitive sensor which has a sensor electrode (5, 11, 12, 13), which is coupled to a control and evaluation circuit (4). The sensor electrode has a primary detection section which extends adjacent to a detection region into which a body part of a user is moved for operation purposes. The sensor electrode is accommodated in a housing (2) which runs, in sections, between the sensor electrode and the detection region (7). The sensor electrode (11, 12) is provided, in the region of the primary detection section, for increasing the electrical field in sections, with recesses and/or openings which are delimited by edges (11a, 12a), so that a length at the limiting edges, which length is increased in relation to a continuous electrode area, is present in the primary detection section.

Abstract

The invention relates to a door handle assembly (3) of a motor vehicle (1), comprising a carrier (7), a handle body (4), which is mounted for pivoting about an axis of rotation (10) and can be moved from an idle position into an end position, and a force-increasing device (21), which is designed, during movement of the handle body (4) from the idle position until the attainment of the intermediate position, to produce a resistance force (39) counteracting the movement of the handle body (4). The force-increasing device (21) comprises a force-increasing element (16), which produces the resistance force (39) and is fastened to the handle body (4), a resistance element (17), which interacts with the force-increasing element (16) and is mounted on the handle body (4), and a movement element (18), which is designed, during movement of the handle body from the idle position until the attainment of the intermediate position, to move the resistance element (17) translationally toward the force-increasing element (16) against the resistance force (39) produced by the force-increasing element (16) and, during movement of the handle body from the end position into the idle position, to move the resistance element rotationally.
