Abstract

In this power conversion device, the voltage of three‐phase AC input system power supply is transformed by a transformer and is outputted as three‐phase AC to a load power supply system. A control calculation part has a current detection part that outputs a current detected by a current detector as current data, refers to the current data outputted from the current detection part, and, on the basis of a current flowing through each phase of the three‐phase AC on the secondary side of the transformer or a current flowing through each phase of the three‐phase AC flowing to the load power supply system, performs anomaly diagnosis on the power supply system. Further, the control calculation part has a voltage detection part, and, on the basis of a voltage detected by the voltage detection part and on the basis of a voltage in each phase of the three-phase AC on the secondary side of the transformer or a voltage in each phase of the three-phase AC to the load power supply system, performs anomaly diagnosis on the power supply system. Accordingly, in a power conversion device in which the voltage of an input system power supply is transformed by a transformer and is outputted to a load power supply system, current/voltage anomaly in an electric system including the transformer is detected.

Abstract

Provided is a power regeneration converter that is disposed between an inverter which outputs a three-phase alternating current to an electric motor and a three-phase alternating current power source which is an input system, and that supplies induced electric power generated by the electric motor to the three-phase alternating current power source, wherein a control unit calculates a three-phase alternating current voltage target value for performing PWM on the basis of a three-phase alternating current voltage of the input system detected by an alternating current voltage detection unit, a three-phase alternating current detected by an alternating current detection unit, and a direct current voltage between the inverter and the power regeneration converter detected by a direct current voltage detection unit, and controls the direct current voltage between the inverter and the power regeneration converter on the basis of the calculated three-phase alternating current voltage target value. Thus, in a power conversion device, it is possible to maintain an output direct current voltage at a suitable value, and to reduce an increase in overmodulation and noise, an increase in switching loss, heat generation in a filter including a reactor, and an increase in insulation degradation of a load device.

Abstract

This data transfer system is provided with first and second transfer units which perform data transfer via a network between first and second memory regions at a predetermined transfer cycle. A control device for a device to be controlled reads a factor data set from the second memory region for control at each predetermined control cycle, and writes, into the second memory region, a control data set based on the factor data set. During factor transfer at each predetermined transfer cycle, the first and second transfer units transfer the factor data set from the first memory region to the second memory region. During control transfer at each predetermined transfer cycle, the control data set is transferred from the second memory region to the first memory region. In the network, the delay time differs depending on the transfer cycle. The predetermined transfer cycle is a cycle shorter than the predetermined control cycle, and is one transfer cycle that falls within an allowable delay time.

Abstract

In the present invention, a control system including a control program and an information program includes a management program and a parameter set of the information program. The control program is a program that performs scanning (processing that controls a controlled device and has real-time qualities) in a control period. The control program, in the control period, transmits a control command that is a signal indicating a code associated with an information program to be activated. The management program receives the control command, identifies the information program to be activated that corresponds to the code indicated by the received control command, reads the parameter set of the information program to be activated, generates an activation signal associated with the parameter set that has been read, and outputs the generated activation signal to the information program to be activated.

Abstract

This inkjet printer comprises a printing head for performing printing by means of ink particles, a main body for suppling ink to a nozzle, and a control unit for controlling the printing head and the main body. The control unit: stores an L-V characteristic and an excitation voltage condition with which printing is possible, for a reference nozzle; measures the L-V characteristic representing a relationship between a cutting position of an ink column discharged from the nozzle and an excitation voltage; and calculates the excitation voltage condition for a mounted nozzle on the basis of the L-V characteristic and the excitation voltage condition with which printing is possible, for the reference nozzle, and the L-V characteristic of the mounted nozzle. Printing is then executed by applying the calculated excitation voltage condition.

Abstract

The present invention prints, on a printing target, prescribed information constituted by dots formed by ink discharged onto the printing target, images the prescribed information, and detects a print area from the image in which the prescribed information was captured. A reference position grid is generated provided with dots serving as references for inspecting impact positions of the dots in each dot area obtained by dividing the print area into prescribed dot areas. The impact positions are inspected and read on the basis of a superimposed image obtained by superimposing the print area and the reference position grid, and a determination grade reference table for determining the degree of deviation of the impact positions of the dots relative to the positions of the dots serving as the references. A feedback signal for correcting the impact positions is generated on the basis of the inspection result and correction data for defining a correction amount of the dots constituting the print area determined in accordance with the degree of deviation. The feedback signal is output to an inkjet printer, and ink is discharged onto the printing target on the basis of the corrected impact positions of the dots obtained from the feedback signal.

Abstract

The present invention provides a liquid feed type gas compressor that makes it possible to minimize the discharge side temperature of a compressor body during restart. An oil feed type air compressor 1 comprises: a compressor body 3 that is driven by an electric motor 2; a separator 6 that separates oil from compressed air which has been discharged from the compressor body 3; an oil supply system 8 that supplies, to an operation chamber of the compressor body 3, the oil which has been separated by the separator 6; an oil cooler 15 that is provided in the oil supply system 8 and that uses cooling airflow which has been generated by the cooling fan 13 to cool oil; and a control device 9. The control device 9 stops the electric motor 2 and the cooling fan 13 when the duration of load-free operation reaches a prescribed value. On the basis of the detection history of a discharge side pressure sensor 14, a resumption timing at which the electric motor 2 is restarted is predicted, and the discharge side temperature of the compressor body 3 at the resumption timing is predicted. When the predicted discharge side temperature exceeds a prescribed allowable value, the cooling fan 13 is restarted before the electric motor 2.

Abstract

Provided is an inkjet recording device capable of automatically determining an optimum excitation voltage of a piezoelectric element for forming ink liquid droplets. An excitation voltage value is applied in a plurality of sweeping events to a piezoelectric element of a nozzle (8) without energizing a deflection electrode so as to sweep from a high-voltage side to a low-voltage side in a prescribed voltage range (S11 to S15). Ink droplets generated at the applied excitation voltage value is given electric charge by applying a charge voltage thereto in a plurality of arbitrary printing phases. A charge amount given to the ink liquid droplets is detected by a charge amount sensor (25) to find a printing phase. If the relationship of a current printing phase to a previous printing phase detected for each sweeping event inverts from the increase side to the decrease side, and a decrease determination of the printing phase is established twice in a row (S16), an excitation voltage value corresponding to the printing phase of the sweeping event immediately before the first decrease determination is recognized as a final excitation voltage value (S17).
