According to the embodiments of the present application, the TA is adjusted, either open-loop adjustment uses at least some information in the open-loop adjustment information obtained the previous time, or closed-loop adjustment uses at least some information in the closed-loop adjustment information obtained the previous time, which effectively prevents repeated adjustments to the same time period, thereby improving the accuracy of the TA, and helping improve the timing synchronization performance of a system.
