Abstract

Disclosed is a process for producing a wool polar fleece, comprising the following steps: weaving; blanching and dyeing; squeezing and slitting: preliminarily removing water from the blanched and dyed gray fabric with a squeezer, and then slitting the cylinder of gray fabric with a slitting machine; drying: drying the gray fabric in an environment at 110ºC at a speed of 20 m/min; tentering and setting: tentering and setting the gray fabric with a tentering and setting machine, wherein the temperature of the tentering and setting is 110ºC, and the speed is 20 m/min; surface treatment: napping: a 24-roll straight needle and curved needle combination is used, raising is performed 8 times, carding/shearing are combined, and the pile height is measure to be between 3.5-4.5 mm; fleecing: performing continuous fleecing processing: fleecing is performed at around 80-85ºC for 35-45 min, wherein the fleece has plentiful particles, and has a stable fastness; and tentering and setting: further tentering and setting the cloth with a tentering and setting machine, wherein the temperature of the tentering and setting is 110ºC, and the speed is 20 m/min, and thereby completing the whole production process. The resulting wool polar fleece has both excellent heat insulation and air permeability, and has a good level of comfort.

Abstract

A system for monitoring operation shutdowns of weaving machines. The monitoring system is used for monitoring and recording operation shutdown states of all weaving machines inside a workshop, and comprises an ERP system (1), a master control computer (2), control centers (3), and working procedure terminals (4). The ERP system (1) is connected to the master control computer (2), the master control computer (2) communicates with the control centers (3) through the Ethernet, each weaving machine is provided with one control center (3) and one working procedure terminal (4), and the working procedure terminals (4) are mounted on the corresponding weaving machines. In the monitoring system, by using the working procedure terminals (4), operation states of fabric weaving machines inside the workshop can be monitored in real time, related information is transmitted to the master control computer (2), the states of the weaving machines are recorded into a master control database for filing, which helps persons query for and analyze the states of the weaving machines from the ERP system (1), learn about the operation states of the weaving machines in time, and carry out statistical analysis on the operation efficiency of weaving machines within a time period, thereby facilitating unified management.
