Abstract

A light source module for an LED light box comprises a light-transmissive front cover plate (10) and a plurality of light source units (20), wherein the light source units (20) includes a groove-shaped metal plate (21), an LED substrate (22) and a metal base (23). The front of the substrate (22) is provided with a plurality of mounting positions of LEDs (221). The grooved-shaped metal plate (21) has a flat bottom provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the mounting positions of LEDs (221), thus allowing the LEDs (221) to pass through the holes. The front of the substrate (22) is engaged with the back of the bottom of the grooved-shaped metal plate (21) based on the positions of the holes. The metal base (23) has a flat top, the front of which is engaged with the back of the substrate (22). The notch of the grooved-shaped metal plate (21) is towards the front cover plate (10). With the structure, the heat dissipating efficiency is improved, the LEDs are prevented from dust, and the application efficiency and the uniformity of the light source are also improved. Meanwhile, using the module structure, the efficiency of the field installation and maintenance of the LED light box is greatly improved.

Abstract

A lamp box comprises a lamp box frame and a light source system. The light source system comprises a plurality of reflector modules that are arranged side by side tightly. The reflector module comprises a reflecting plate (101), an upper and a lower side plate (102, 103), a left and a right edge banding (104, 105), and a transparent front cover plate (106). The front cover plate (106) and the reflecting plate (101) are disposed opposite to each other, and form an accommodation space by enclosing with the upper and lower side plates (102, 103) and the left and right edge bandings (104, 105). The reflecting plate has a plurality of light source mounting holes. The lamp box isolates the light source from the external by using the enclosed accommodation space, so as to avoid adsorbed dust from affecting the lightness and uniformity of the lamp box, and enable the whole light of the lamp box to be more uniform.

Abstract

An LED light box comprises a frame outside the light box and an LED reflector within the frame. The LED reflector consists of multiple reflector modules that can be independently removed. Each reflector module comprises a casing (10) with a transparent front cover (101) and a back cover (102). Within the casing (10) is at least one reflective plate (103), the reflective surface whereof faces the transparent front cover (101). A plurality of LED holders (104) are arranged on the reflective plate (103). The airtight casing (10) isolates LED lights, preventing the LED light source from attracting dust and thereby affecting the brightness of the light box. As the entire reflective structure is composed of small, light, removable reflector modules each within an individual casing (10), a single person is able easily to install or maintain the LED light box. A light box having the present box structure ensures more uniform lighting.
