Abstract

A machine learning system includes a learning section and an operating section including a memory. The operating section holds a required accuracy, and an internal state and a weight value of a learner in the memory and executes calculation processing by using data input to the machine learning system and the weight value held in the memory to update the internal state. An accuracy of the internal state is calculated from a result of the calculation processing and an evaluation value is calculated using the data input to the machine learning system, the weight value, and the updated internal state held in the memory when the calculated accuracy is higher than the required accuracy. The evaluation value is transmitted to the learning section, which updates the weight value by using the evaluation value and notifies the number of times of updating the weight value to the operating section.

An antenna device includes a conductive manhole cover for partitioning an internal space of a manhole and an external space, a wireless device installed in the internal space, and a base station that is installed in the external space and transfers a radio wave with respect to the wireless device. Provided is a data price calculation device 100 for calculating a compensation to be provided to a prescribed provider by an acquirer acquiring from the provider a right pertaining to prescribed transaction data, said data price calculation device executing: a nonpublic transaction data estimation process for estimating the content of transaction data the content of which has not been acquired by the acquirer, on the basis of public data; a nonpublic transaction data importance calculation process for calculating the importance of the content of the transaction data, on the basis of the estimated content of the transaction data; and a nonpublic transaction data pricing process for calculating a compensation to be provided to the provider, on the basis of the calculated importance.

Abstract

The present invention makes it possible to perform an appropriate obstacle sensing process while simplifying the obstacle sensing process. A train control system 1 comprises a train control device 105 which is mounted on a train 101 and is configured to be able to communicate with a ground device 103 external to the train. The train control device 105 senses the presence of an obstacle around at least the train 101, acquires first obstacle information pertaining to the obstacle, and manages the first obstacle information in a first format. The train control device 105 also manages second obstacle information pertaining to an obstacle which is acquired from the ground device 103 and has a second format with an amount of information less than that of the first format, converts the second obstacle information in the second format into the first format, and senses an obstacle on the basis of the converted second obstacle information and the first obstacle information.
