A pistol is provided, on the plastic housing of which a sliding carriage containing the barrel is guided in the longitudinal direction, which housing has a trigger guard at the transition to a grip stock, and in which housing a locking block is arranged; for an especially light embodiment that is simple to manufacture and nevertheless robust, the locking block forms a unit with the guiding elements of the sliding carriage, which unit is arranged in front of the magazine well and extends forward as far as the trigger guard, as a result of which the guide length is shortened. The locking block is fixed in the housing by a front cross pin and a rear cross pin and accommodates a locking bolt approximately over the second cross pin.
A cylinder impeller for revolvers, which transmits the trigger pulling movement to a cylinder revolving movement. The impeller includes a cover having inside it a track; a one-piece body having a plate and a slider, said slider being able to slide within and relative to the cover; and a spring arranged between the body slider and the surface of the cover track. Therefore, the cover and the body slide one relative to the other and against the spring action, thus varying the overall length of the impeller and compensating and absorbing possible teeth machining variations of the cylinder extractor.
The invention relates to pistols, on the plastic housing (1) of which a sliding carriage (5) containing the barrel (4) is guided in the longitudinal direction, which housing has a trigger guard (3) at the transition to a grip stock (2), and in which housing (1) a locking block (8) is arranged; for an especially light embodiment that is simple to manufacture and nevertheless robust, the locking block (8) forms a unit with the guiding elements (6) of the sliding carriage (5), which unit is arranged in front of the magazine well and extends forward as far as the trigger guard (3), as a result of which the guide length is shortened. The locking block (8) is fixed in the housing (1) by means of a front cross pin (12) and a rear cross pin (13) and accommodates a locking bolt (17) approximately over the second cross pin (13).
Provided is a revolver with a two chambers cylinder, of the type having a low profile and with no protruding parts from the frame. The revolver includes a frame which has a grip at its rear portion, a trigger at its lower portion and a barrel at its front portion. The frame further includes a central opening that defines the cylinder housing. The cylinder has an oblong shape and has two chambers, radially opposite with respect to the rotation axis of the cylinder. The cylinder rotation before firing is obtained by means of the trigger actuation, which causes an upward movement of the cylinder impeller and the consequent rotation of the gear, due to interaction between the pinion and the teeth of the cylinder impeller. The transfer of the rotational movement of the gear to the cylinder is made from a ratchet, which is partially arranged within said cylinder.

The handgun housing is inclusive of a top portion, an intermediate portion, and a grip portion, which may be separately connected or integrally formed parts sharing a radius of curvature to form asymmetric left and right sides, particularly a concave side and a convex side. This asymmetry extends beyond the grip portion and includes at least a portion of the trigger guard and a portion of the magazine securing clip.

A pistol is disclosed comprising a rod, including, in an end opposite to the trigger, a tip and a crosswise arm, wherein the crosswise arm is projected from the longitudinal body of the rod, towards the pistol central portion, and includes a front surface, able to interfere with the finger, and a flap, facing the crosswise arm and projecting downwards, in the middle region having an oblong hole; a rod guiding pin, with its crosswise axle parallel to the pistol length, crosses the oblong hole, to limit the movement upwards and downwards of the crosswise arm; and a rod ramp, in the shape of an oblong laminar body, fixed to a lower end on a crosswise axle and having a fold in the opposite and upper end, projecting away from the center of the pistol, defining a contact surface that mechanically acts against the tip.
A composite, metal-plastic revolver comprises a metallic structure (1) that forms the cylinder frame (10), provided with an internally threaded aperture (11) for receiving and holding the barrel (12) of the revolver. All the components of the shooting mechanism are housed and/or held in this cylinder frame (10) that defines the metallic structure (1), and thus the assembly of said cylinder frame (10), barrel (12) and shooting mechanism components produces a fully functional semi-finished revolver. The revolver further comprises at least one polymer rear cover (2), plate (65) and part (66) for coating or covering at least part of the metallic structure (1).
A method is described for producing firearms, comprising the following steps: the firearm metallic structure (2, 3) is manufactured by a MIM process; the housings, seats and apertures in the metallic structure (2, 3) are calibrated by machining; the metallic structure (2, 3) is subjected to a surface treatment; the barrel (13) is attached; a polymer material (20, 21) is over-moulded on the metallic structure (2, 3); and the finished firearm (1) is assembled. The metallic structure manufacturing step comprises the manufacture of a metallic structure (2) basically composed of the cylinder frame (10) provided with a threaded aperture (12) for attaching the barrel (13), and with the other seats and apertures for attaching the components of the shooting mechanism. Moreover, the polymer material over-moulding step comprises the arrangement of the assembly formed by the metallic structure (2, 3) and the barrel (13) in a suitable injection-moulding die, and over-moulding an upper part (20) and a front part (21) on the outside of said assembly (2/3, 13). In a preferred embodiment, the upper part (20) and the front part (21) are injection-moulded simultaneously, forming a single, integral, finished polymer part.
