Abstract

A contact probe that includes a tubular structure, an engagement part and an elastic member. The elastic member is received within the tubular structure; the engagement part is arranged within the tubular structure; a part of the elastic member is arranged in the tubular structure, a first end of the elastic member is engaged with the engagement part, the elastic member abuts closely against an inner wall of the tubular structure, and a part of the tubular structure abutting against the elastic member has at least two contact surfaces. During installation, the first end of the elastic member is engaged with the engagement part of the tubular structure. At this time, the elastic member abuts closely against the inner wall of the tubular structure, and the part of the elastic member abutting against the tubular structure has at least two contact surfaces. Since there are stable contact surfaces between the elastic member and the tubular structure, the elastic member can always contact with at least two contact surfaces of the tubular structure when the elastic member is bent, thereby improving the stability of the structures within the contact probe and improving the stability of electrical testing.

Abstract

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a contact probe and a socket for testing an electrical component. The contact probe includes: a tubular structure in which a receiving cavity is formed, and a contact part for contacting with a terminal of a first electrical component is provided at a first end of the tubular structure; a spring arranged in the receiving cavity; a plunger connected with the tubular structure in a slidable manner, wherein a first end of the plunger is provided with a spring positioning part, which abuts against the spring and is an eccentric structure arranged offset from a central axis of the plunger, a second end of the plunger projects from a second end of the tubular structure. In the contact probe of the embodiment of the present disclosure, by means of setting the spring positioning part as an eccentric structure, the effect of increasing the energized contact load of the contact probe can be achieved, thereby reducing the occurrence of the resistance value of the contact probe being greater than the allowable resistance value, and further improving the reliability of electrical testing of sockets.

Abstract

The present invention pertains to a liquid handling device that comprises a laminate of a first member and a second member. This liquid handling device is provided with a reservoir that is a space for pooling a liquid and disposed between the first and second members, and a plurality of wells that are plurality of first recesses disposed on the surface of the first member facing the second member. The first and/or second members have flexibility. The first and second members are not bonded between the reservoir and the plurality of wells. When a part of the first or second member, said part corresponding to the reservoir, is pressed in the state where a liquid is pooled in the reservoir, the liquid in the reservoir moves between the first and second members toward the plurality of wells.
