The present invention relates to a hot air convection belt-type drying system for use in drying coal or various agricultural products (such as peppers) and cigar leaves, et cetera. The present invention comprises: an insertion conveyer for aligning and inserting, on a drying conveyer, an object to be dried, the object being supplied by a supply conveyer; a drying housing comprising at least two drying chambers; a heat exchanger for supplying hot air to each of the drying chambers in the drying housing; a collection conveyer for removing dust which separates from the drying conveyer; a discharge conveyer for discharging dust and the object to be dried, which is supplied by the drying conveyer and the collection conveyer; cyclones which are connected to a final drying area and a discharge pipe in each of the drying chambers; a dust collection device, a gas collection device, and purifying devices which are sequentially installed on the discharge pipe that passes through the cyclones; and a boiler device for supplying hot water which is heated by the heat exchanger. The present invention can improve drying efficiency of the object to be dried by stacking the object to be dried so as to have a uniform thickness and passing same through a plurality of drying areas in which hot air is circulated, and can dry the object to be dried while preventing breakage or damage by minimizing external physical force that is applied to the object to be dried, thereby allowing the drying system to be utilized in a variety of fields.

The present invention relates to a hot air convection belt-type drying apparatus for use in drying coal containing moisture or various agricultural products (such as peppers) and cigar leaves, et cetera, which should be exposed to minimum deformation, breakage, or damage. The present invention comprises: a supply conveyer provided with a supply hopper; an insertion conveyer for aligning and inserting an object to be dried on a drying conveyer so as to have a uniform thickness, the object being supplied by a supply conveyer; a drying housing comprising at least two drying chambers; a heat exchanger for supplying hot air to each of the drying chambers in the drying housing by using hot water that is supplied from a boiler device; a collection conveyer for removing dust which separates from the drying conveyer, wherein the drying conveyer passes through each of the drying chambers in the drying housing; and a transfer conveyer for discharging dust and the object to be dried, which is supplied by the drying conveyer and the collection conveyer. The present invention can improve drying efficiency of the object to be dried by stacking the object to be dried so as to have a uniform thickness and by passing same through a plurality of drying areas in which hot air is circulated, and can dry the object to be dried while preventing breakage or damage by minimizing external physical force that is applied to the object to be dried, thereby allowing the drying system to be utilized in a variety of fields.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying and crushing organic waste such as sewer sludge, various forms of wet sludge waste, and food waste found in drainpipes and at wastewater treatment plants. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a drying drum rotatably installed on a base; a supply pipe and drain pipe installed on sealing caps for sealing the front and rear ends of the drying drum; a first and second crushing rotator driven by a rotating shaft installed longitudinally within the front end of the drying drum; an auxiliary crushing rotator driven by an auxiliary rotating shaft installed longitudinally within the rear end of the drying drum; a first opening and a first sealing member for discharging the fine dried powder generated during the drying process; a second opening and a second sealing member for discharging the organic waste that has completed drying; and a drying burner for discharging hot air into the drying drum. According to the present invention, because organic waste can be uniformly and completely dried, the dried organic waste can be recycled for various applications (i.e., as auxiliary fuel for thermal power plants). Also, not only can the moisture content in dried organic waste be minimized, the volume of organic waste can be minimized as well, thereby resolving the problem of dealing with leachate and significantly reducing costs for incineration.
