Abstract

Embodiments provide a system operatively connected with a block chain distributed network and for using the block chain distributed network for mapping aliases. Embodiments create an alias-token pair linking an alias associated with a customer to a token associated with an account owned by the customer; and map the alias-token pair to an address associated with the customer on a directory services (DS) block chain. In some cases, the system manages alias- token lifecycle including enabling editing and deleting the alias-token pair mapped to the address. In some cases, the system registers the address of the customer with the DS block chain. Such registering may include receiving a selection from the customer regarding desired node for registering the customer address; connecting with the DS block chain; and creating an account associated with the customer including creating a unique address associated with the customer and registering it with the DS block chain.

Abstract

Audit reporting applications provide audit users the ability to perform reviews of compliance procedures used throughout a business that require supervisors to take actions on the communication between personnel. The action analyzer tool compiles, filters, and sorts message and action information, allows more advance analytics about the information, and answers complex questions that are not easily available by looking at the raw message and action information. The action analyzer tool breaks down the actions taken in order to determine if the supervisors are trying to take credit for an action that they did not actually perform or otherwise violating the accepted procedures for proper supervision and compliance. The message and action information can be sorted into number of actions taken within a specific time frame, the number of actions performed after a specified date, and/or the number of actions taken without the message being reviewed, to name a few.

Abstract

A computer system interacts with a mobile device to support the needs of remote users and may leverage e-ink technology so that a mobile user can access, manage and read documents without being tethered. The mobile device allows for both user-initiated downloads from a corporate entity as well as corporate pushes by the corporate entity to ensure that the user has updated content. The computer system receives a request for selected electronic content, where the request includes updated configuration information and user identification. The computer system then maps the user identification to a device type from a plurality of device types. Embodiments support different device types including electronic ink display capable devices. The selected electronic content is then downloaded to the mobile device. Subsequently, the computer system pushes updated versions of the selected electronic content based on the updated configuration information.

Abstract

Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for authenticating and efficiently re-authenticating a user with a financial institution in order to gain access to account information using a web-enabled device. The web-enabled device stores user profiles associated with the user including authentication information provided by the user during primary authentication. The device retrieves the authentication information upon secondary authentication, that is, validation of the user's identity, which in some embodiments, includes local validation of a personal identification number ("PIN") and/or a remote control passcode ("RCP"). As such, the web-enabled device re-authenticates the user without requiring authentication communication with a financial institution server, and thereafter, the user interacts with an application running on the web-enabled device to retrieve desired account information from the financial institution server.

Abstract

Electronic content is routed and stored within an enterprise, in which a distributed service-oriented architecture platform is provided to seamlessly route and store content to heterogeneous enterprise content repositories. Dynamic content may be stored, retrieved and queried in real-time through a content service bus (CSB), thus eliminating the need to have point-to-point connectivity between client applications and the destination repositories, while supporting the flexibility to consolidate multiple platforms with minimal impacts to clients. The CSB framework may incorporate underlying technologies, including Web services, intelligent routing based on content, message transformation, and federation of content. A request may be routed to the appropriate content repository based on attached content or metadata in the request and transformed by the CSB to a format required by the determined content repository. The requestor is subsequently provided a response from the content repository in a consistent manner for all of the content repositories.
