Abstract
A juicer with interchangeable modules such as a citrus juicer module and a slow juicing module allowing convenient use of different juicer modules with a single base unit. A base houses a motor and a protruding drive shaft. Arms protruding from the sides of the base have hooked ends for holding the modules above. The arms can be freed to pivot when snapped out of a notch, or fixed in an upwards position holding a module when snapped into a notch. A citrus juicer module has a pitcher-like juice collector, a strainer, and a citrus juicing member. The strainer includes two locking surfaces which are formed to compliment the hooks of the arms for holding and quickly releasing the citrus juice module. An interchangeable slow juicer module can be provided as an alternative to the citrus juicer module.

Abstract
An abdominal exerciser has base and back frames pivotally mounted for movement between upright and recumbent positions, and a seat frame with cushion rotatable on the base frame. A low friction journal between the base and seat frames supports a user's weight. The journal is about 30 to 42% the distance from a rear end of the cushion to its front end so the user's coccyx is vertically aligned with the journal. Arms at each side of the base frame have a pair of extensions connected to either the base or seat frame, each with a U- shaped handhold lying in a plane at an acute angle of about 30 to 80 degrees to the horizontal. A pair of single pulleys or a pair of tandem pulleys are mounted near the rear of the base frame and are engaged by sleeve-covered springs for biasing the back frame toward the upright position.

Abstract
A backpack has a front pocket containing a plate and a pair of shoulder straps for holding the plate against the back of a user. A pressurizable, flexible and elastic bladder covers the plate and has inside surfaces with an embossed pattern for preventing sticking together of facing walls of the bladder to facilitating an initial inflation of the bladder. A pair of tubular extensions extend from the bladder and into the shoulder straps, one of the tubular extensions being for Inflating and deflating the bladder. A mouth-inflatable check valve connected to extension is location so as to be accessible to the user for inflating the bladder and a valve cover is detachably connected over the entire mouth engageable perimeter of the check valve for keeping it clear. Semi-rigid liners in the shoulder straps near the bladder form channels for facilitating inflating and deflating of the bladder.
