Abstract
A system and method are provided for managing electrical power consumption by individual electrical circuits in a building. The system includes a power control device in electrical communication with a multi-circuit power infeed and a multi-circuit power output, each of which includes at least two electrical conductors on separate circuits. The power control device includes respective electrical switches associated with the conductors of the power infeed and power output, an electronic communications module, and a computer processor in communication with the switches and the communications module. The processor is operable to open and close the electrical switches independently, in response to an occupancy signal and/or a trigger or scheduled event stored by the power control device. When a period of non-use is detected or anticipated, the power control device de-energizes one or more circuits, to limit unnecessary energy consumption within the system. A receptacle-level power control is also disclosed.

Abstract
An improved access floor support structure for an access floor system made of recyclable polypropylene with a mineral filler added thereto which increases the structure's mechanical properties. In one embodiment, the mineral filler is talc. In another embodiment, the mineral filler is montmorillonite clay. The montmorillonite clay is especially useful due to its additional fire retardant properties. Optional polypropylene additives may also be used to enhance the mechanical properties of the support structure.

Abstract
An optical and hard cable modular flooring planning and parts list system that includes a floor planning software module and a module floor parts list database The floor planning software module produces pnnted plans showing the outside wails of the building with electrical and/or communication floor distribution boxes The floor planning software module divides the floor into a gnd representing the floor panels used in the modular floor system Lines over the gnd represent proposed electrical and communication cables or wires and zone boxes to be installed in the modular floor The parts list database contains a list of all electrical and network cables, wires and hardware components necessary to construct the optical and hard cable modular floor system depicted in the plan The software module and parts list database are coupled together so that changes to either the plan or to the list are automatically updated.

Abstract
The invention is directed to a microarray assay procedure that can be used for profiling the antibodies present in serum, plasma or blood. The assay may be used to identify antibodies and antigens that are characteristic of particular diseases or conditions. In addition, the invention includes specific antigens that are associated with prostate cancer, progressive benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and ovarian cancer.
