Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing 3D shaped articles, in which method: a suspension comprising metallic, ceramic or polymer particle material or cement-bound materials is applied as a suspension layer to a construction platform to produce a layer; the layer thus applied is at least partially dried; a binder is selectively applied; and the selectively applied binder is solidified; these steps being repeated until the desired 3D shaped article has been obtained; where necessary, the particle material which has not been solidified by means of the binder is removed; and the 3D shaped article is unpacked; wherein the suspension for producing a layer is applied by means of a sieve plate, which is positioned onto the last applied layer on the construction platform and through which the suspension is applied to the last particle material layer; and wherein the sieve plate is removed again before the selective application of the binder.

A screen provision system, for a printing device with a screen receptacle for a printing screen-and a squeegee device associated with the screen receptacle, has a conveying device for conveying a printing screen and at least one screen magazine with multiple screen storage portions that can each receive a printing screen. The screen provision system has at least one treatment station for treating the printing screens. The conveying device supplies printing screens to the screen magazine and to the at least one treatment station.

Abstract

A screen unit for a printing device for printing three-dimensionally shaped structures, in particular on substrates, printed circuit boards, wafers, solar cells, carrier substrates, printing tables, carrier plates, sintering plates or the like, has a frame holding at least one printing screen and is designed to be accommodated in a screen receptacle of the printing device, to be filled with a printing compound and to be subjected to the action of a squeegee for carrying out a printing process. The screen unit has, in or on the frame, at least one holding device for the squeegee, which is in the form of an exchangeable squeegee.
