Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatuses and auxiliary devices thereof, and particularly, provided is a photovoltaic panel connection structure. The photovoltaic panel connection structure comprises a first connection portion and a second connection portion; a first end of the first connection portion is fixedly connected to a first frame, a position of the first frame relative to a first photovoltaic panel is unchanged, and a second end of the first connection portion extends in a direction of a second photovoltaic panel; a first end of the second connection portion is hinged to a second frame, a position of the second frame relative to the second photovoltaic panel is unchanged, and a second end of the second connection portion is in lap joint with the first connection portion. The present invention is particularly suitable for connection of a passage between photovoltaic panel arrays having a light source tracking system; when the photovoltaic panels on the two sides of the passage have an angular difference or high-low misalignment, effective connection of the passage between the photovoltaic panels can also be achieved, so that a photovoltaic panel cleaning robot can pass through the photovoltaic panel connection structure.

Abstract

A control method for a photovoltaic panel cleaning robot and a photovoltaic panel cleaning robot. The control method comprises: determining whether the photovoltaic panel cleaning robot encounters an obstacle; and if yes, adjusting the rotating direction of a rolling brush (1) to be the same with the traveling direction of the photovoltaic panel cleaning robot. The photovoltaic panel cleaning robot comprises: a measuring unit which is used for measuring the rotating speed of a rolling brush motor and the load current of the rolling brush motor; a control unit which is used for receiving data of the measuring unit, determining whether the photovoltaic panel cleaning robot encounters an obstacle and outputting a control command; and an executing unit which includes the rolling brush (1) and the rolling brush motor, wherein the rolling brush motor receives the control command of the control unit and drives the rolling brush (1) to rotate according to the control command. Using an auxiliary power provided by the rolling brush (1) can well solve the problem of obstacle surmounting, thus improving the obstacle surmounting capability of the robot.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic panel cleaning devices; in particular, it relates to a photovoltaic panel cleaning device. Comprised are an upper powered apparatus, a lower powered apparatus, a battery pack, and at least one fixed beam; said fixed beam is used for connecting the upper powered apparatus and the lower powered apparatus, the upper powered apparatus and the lower powered apparatus being used for driving the photovoltaic panel cleaning device to travel; at least one of the fixed beams is provided with an accommodating chamber, the battery pack being arranged in said accommodating chamber. In the present invention, the battery pack is arranged in a fixed beam having an accommodating chamber, effectively reducing the volume of the photovoltaic panel cleaning device, improving the stability and safety of the entire device.
