Abstract
In neutral position, the scooter (1) has a longitudinal plane of symmetry and comprises: - a steering column (2) which is generally vertical and mounted for pivoting in relation to a baseplate (11) about a steering axis (A2) to enable steering of a front wheel (4); - two side rails (3) on which the feet of the user are supported, each side rail comprising a front part which is assembled on the baseplate (11) so as to pivot about an oblique pivoting axis (A3); - two back wheels (5), each one being assembled on a support (19) in a manner rotating about the axis (A5) thereof, said support (19) being assembled for pivoting in relation to the rear part of the corresponding side rail (3) about an articulation axis (A19) which is tilted towards the front, in relation to the vertical, at an angle γ of between 0° and 30°.

Abstract
The vehicle includes: a chassis which includes a front cross-member and a rear cross-member; a nacelle receiving a person or a load, pivotally mounted relative to the central part of the cross-members about a substantially longitudinal hinge axis, the center of gravity of the nacelle being situated below said hinge axis; a front train and a rear train, each including two movement supports on the ground, each movement support being connected to the end part of the corresponding cross-member by a connecting system; the cross-members, situated in the upper part of the nacelle, being separate pieces linked together only by the nacelle, via the hinge axis, so as to be able to pivot about the hinge axis independently of one another.
