Abstract

The present invention is to provide a terminal capable of being reduced in size and a connecting holder of the same. The terminals protrude from a housing, and include a branch portion, a terminal section cut out from the branch portion toward a tip end of the terminal section in a longitudinal direction, and a bent portion adjacent to the tip end. By decreasing a distance from the bent portion to a tip end of the terminal, variations in length size to the tip end due to bending can be reduced.

Abstract

The present invention provides a switch having a small longitudinal size of movable contacts and reduced size. The switch includes a base, a pair of fixing terminals standing on an upper surface of the base, an insulating wall section integrated with at least one of the fixing terminals, a push button arranged to be upward and downward movable in the axial direction, and a slider movable upward and downward with the push button. The slider has elastic arm sections in both ends thereof, the elastic arm sections being provided with movable contact portions to be brought into sliding contact with the fixing terminals or the insulating wall section while pressing the fixing terminals or the insulating wall section from one side. The switch is configured to enable the movable contact portions to connect to and separate from the fixing terminals based on operation of the push button upward and downward.

Abstract

A valve control system includes general-purpose valves arranged in a pipe for flowing a fluid, first and second sensors, and a safety controller. The general-purpose valves are valves that can be opened and closed according to the electric signals, and are, e.g., solenoid valves, respectively. The first and second sensors are sensors that detect a state of flowing of the fluid from the corresponding valves, and are formed of, e.g., pressure switches, respectively. The safety controller is configured to satisfy the safety standards, and outputs signals for controlling the valves based on signals provided from the first and second sensors, respectively.

Abstract

On an upper surface of a fixed substrate 22, a plurality of strap-shaped base electrodes 27 are arranged in parallel to each other. On each of the base electrodes 27, an electret 28 is formed. The electret 28 has a width wider than the width of each base electrode 27, and the electret 28 covers an exposed surface of the base electrode 27. A movable substrate 23 is disposed in parallel to and facing the surface of the fixed substrate 22 where the electrets 28 and others are formed. The movable substrate 23 is movable relatively to the fixed substrate 22. On a facing surface of the movable substrate 23, strip-shaped counter electrodes 32 are each formed so as to face each base electrode 27.

Abstract

An auxiliary flow passage is formed on the outer side of a main flow pipe 42 having a main flow passage 43. An orifice 49 for limiting a flow of a gas is provided in the main flow passage 43. The auxiliary flow passage includes a pair of introduction flow passages 56 communicating with the upstream side of the orifice 49, an upstream auxiliary flow passage 59 having both ends respectively connected to downstream ends of the introduction flow passages 56, a pair of discharge flow passages 57 communicating with the downstream side of the orifice 49, a downstream auxiliary flow passage 60 having both ends respectively connected to upstream ends of the discharge flow passages 57, and a detection flow passage 61 having both ends respectively connected to center of the second auxiliary flow passage 59 and center of the second auxiliary flow passage 60, the detection flow passage including a flow rate detection element 47. The upstream end of the detection flow passage 61 is positioned on the upstream side of the main flow passage 43 relative to the both ends of the upstream auxiliary flow passage 59, and the downstream end of the detection flow passage 61 is positioned on the downstream side of the main flow passage 43 relative to the both ends of the downstream auxiliary flow passage 60.

Abstract

A communication system is formed with a master unit having a communication function and at least one slave unit also having a communication function connected by a network including a bus. Repeater units are inserted on the network between the master unit and the slave unit in one or more stages. As the master unit transmits request frames downstream through the network to the slave unit, the slave unit control the timing of transmitting the response frames in response successively such that the master unit receives the response frames without waiting in between regardless of repeater delay times of each of the returned response frames determined by the number of stages of the repeater units. Each communication frame that is transmitted through the network contains identification data indicative of its type and each repeater unit serves to repeat certain types of received frames only in the upstream direction.
