An inking device for printing machines that comprises an inking body (2) which is designed to be arranged so as to face the lateral surface of an anilox roller (3) and forms an inking chamber (7) that is open toward the anilox roller (3) and has at least one inlet (8) for introducing the ink into the inking chamber (7) and at least one outlet (9) for the exit of the ink from the inking chamber (7). The particularity of the invention consists in the fact that it comprises control means (13) that are adapted to vary the passage opening (9a) of the or of each outlet (9) as a function of the pressure of the ink in the inking chamber (7).
A system for adjusting and monitoring the pressures of the printing rollers of a flexographic printing machine, which comprises at least one reader (7) which is adapted to be placed at the printing rollers (3, 4) of the printing machine. The reader (7) is adapted to detect the contrast of the print on the printing material (8) wrapped around the central drum (2) of the printing machine and is connected to a processing unit (10) which is adapted to determine and control, as a function of the contrast detected by the reader (7), the position of the printing rollers (3, 4) with respect to the central drum (2) in order to achieve the desired print.
A flexographic printing machine (1) comprising a plurality of printing stations (2) arranged inline. At least one printing station (2a) has a supporting framework (4), which is extended mainly vertically and supports, so that they are mutually superimposed, an inking assembly (5), a printing plate assembly (6) and an impression assembly (7). First contrast means (16) are provided, which are adapted to counterbalance the weight of the printing plate assembly (6), as well as second contrast means (17), which are adapted to counterbalance the weight of the impression assembly (7).
