Abstract

A printing system comprising a flexographic printing machine comprising at least one impression cylinder, on which the material in sheet form to be printed is wound and around which at least one printing station is arranged. Each printing station comprises a plate cylinder, which is provided with a graphic element, and an anilox roller. Downstream of each printing station there is at least one drying unit for the inks which emits at least one first air flow and aspirates at least one second air flow; there are also elements for acquiring a coverage value of the graphic element present on the plate cylinder of each printing station and elements for automatically adjusting a flow rate of the first air flow and of the second air flow as a function of the coverage value of the graphic element acquired by the acquisition elements.

Abstract

An apparatus for replacing printing sleeves which comprises a handling device which can be removably engaged with a printing sleeve and a movement robot for moving the handling device; the handling device comprises a supporting frame and a self-centering grip clamp which is able to translate on command, with respect to the supporting frame, along a movement direction that is substantially parallel to the axis of the supporting rod, between an advanced working position and a retracted working position; the grip clamp has engagement elements which are movable on command between an inactive position and an active position, in which they are radially spaced apart from the axis of the supporting rod, in order to allow their engagement with the internal surface of the printing sleeve.

Abstract

A printing machine which comprises advancement elements for advancing material in sheet form to be printed which are provided at least with a traction drum which can rotate about its own axis and is designed to receive, at an entry region, the material in sheet form to be printed and to convey it toward an exit region for the exit of the material in sheet form from the traction drum, the exit region being spaced circumferentially apart, along the direction of rotation of the traction drum about its own axis, from the entry region.
