The invention relates to a Jack selector unit (100) for textile knitting machines, comprising a plurality of selector tips (20), each oscillating around an oscillation pin (22) between two extreme positions in relation to a central, neutral position, and a plurality of piezoelectric laminae (30) each of which operatively connected to a respective selector tip (20), and electrically operable to cause the oscillation of said tip (20). The fixed end (32) of each piezoelectric lamina ends with a shank appendage (34). The shanks (34) of the plurality of laminae (30) are interposed between two clamps (40,41) at least one (41) of which is movable with respect to another (40) like a clamp between an open release position, to allow the centring of the selector tips (20) in the neutral position, and a clamped position of the shanks (34) during normal use of the unit (100).

Abstract

The invention regards a selector lever for pushing down the jacks of a textile knitting machine, comprising a cam contact surface able to push the jacks into a rearward position, that on such contact surface there is an upper lever repelling chamfer facing upwards and a lower working chamfer facing downwards. Said chamfers converging towards the heel so as to form a coupling ridge of the heel so that when the heel moves over said ridge the lever is repelled downwards and when the heel passes under said ridge the lever is pushed upwards into the working position.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device (10) for selecting underneedles (2) of a knitting machine comprising a plurality of selection tips (20) suitable to be activated by actuating means ' (30), for example piezoelectric sheets, in such a way to be displaced between a non- operating position and a working position, wherein they are in the range of action of the underneedle heels (4). In this interference position, the heels (4) push the tips (20) against an abutment means (22) acting as support and are thus forced by the movement of the machine itself to follow the tip profile so as to be raised or compressed. The movement to be performed by the selection tips (20) is therefore minimised, the mechanical movement work of the raising or lowering underneedle (2) being produced by the needle holder device itself.

Abstract

The object of the present invention is a method and a machine for mounting at least one cliche on a registration table of a flat hot foil stamping machine. The method is based on an alignment by overlapping of a reference image that corresponds to an image to be embossed, and in this overlapping it keeps into account the thermal expansions of the registration table and of the cliche itself.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a machine for aligning at least two flexographic printing plates (15) on at least one printing cylinder (12). The method comprises the steps of capturing an image relating to a first plate (15), capturing the image relating to a portion of a second plate (15) , reprocessing the image captured from the first plate so as to obtain a portion thereof corresponding to the image relating to the portion of the second plate, concurrently displaying said reprocessed image and the image captured from the second plate and aligning said two images.
