Abstract

An intake device for a cable in an existing pipe network comprises a longitudinally stabile bending element (2) that can be pushed into a pipe area of the pipe network, with a head section (1) able to be placed on said bending element. In order to pass through bend areas of the pipe, the head section (1) can be diverted, and a coupling section (3) is placed on the bending element (2), the cable to be pulled in being couplable to the coupling section. The head section (1) comprises a base member (4) having an elongated shape, said base member capable of being diverted from a straight position to a bent position. The base member (4) is equipped with guide elements (15) for guiding at least one pulling element (14) that is at a distance from the bending axis of the base member (4). An end of the pulling element (14) is held at one end area of the base member (4), whereas the other end is held at a driveable linear drive (13) that is fastened at the other end area of the base member (4). Disposed at the end area of the head section (1) facing away from the bending element (2) are a light source (17) and a camera (18). With this device, deflections and branchings in the desired direction in an existing pipe network can be passed through without a problem.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for the automatic adaptation of service parameters of services, whereby services are offered by a service centre that is connected to a telecommunications network and are selected and used. The method and system are characterised in that biometric data and/or environmental data of a subscriber is/are determined, that said data is evaluated by means of an evaluation module and that the service parameter(s) of the service are adapted based on data of the evaluation module. This allows automatic decisions to be made in an emergency call centre to determine more rapidly which calls must be treated with a higher priority or which calls must be forwarded to a specialist or group of specialists.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for automatically establishing an image data connection. According to the invention, positional data of a mobile terminal (11, 12) is determined, an available video terminal (21, 22, 23, 31, 32) is assigned to the mobile terminal (11, 12) in accordance with said positional data, and an image data connection allocated to a voice data connection is established via the video terminal in order to create a voice data connection to or from the mobile terminal. Positional data of mobile terminals or video terminals is determined by a mobile device detection module (101) or a video terminal detection module (201). An image data connection module (202) assigns an available video terminal (21, 22, 23, 31, 32) to the mobile terminal (11, 12) according to a calculated distance and establishes an image data connection corresponding to a voice data connection of the mobile terminal with the aid of said video terminal.
