Abstract

A lever-type connector 10, which can mate with an opposite-side connector 50 having an opposite-side sensing terminal 53, comprises: a housing 20; a lever 40 that is attached to the housing 20 so as to be pivotable between a mating-start position and a mating-completed position; and a sensing terminal 30 that is held on the housing 20 and forms a sense circuit by contacting the opposite-side sensing terminal 53. The housing 20 comprises a flexing piece 23 opposite the sensing terminal 30 that is capable of flexing and deforming. The lever 40 comprises a first pressing portion 44 and a second pressing portion 45 that press the flexing piece 23 toward the sensing terminal 30 to thereby space the sensing terminal 30 apart from the opposite-side sensing terminal 53. In a process in which the lever 40 pivots from the mating-start position toward the mating-completed position, the first pressing portion 44 starts to press the flexing piece 23 earlier than the second pressing portion 45. As the lever 40 reaches the mating-completed position, the pressing of the flexing piece 23 by the second pressing portion 45 is released, whereby the sensing terminal 30 contacts the opposite-side sensing terminal 53.

Abstract

The present invention makes it easier to respond in some manner in a situation where a certain degree of deterioration of a power storage unit is expected. An in-vehicle backup control device (2) is used in an in-vehicle power supply system (100) that includes a power supply unit (90) and a power storage unit (93). The in-vehicle backup control device (2) includes a discharge unit (charging/discharging unit (11)) that discharges a power storage unit (93), and a control section (13) that controls the discharge unit. The control unit (13) performs corresponding processing when the voltage of the power storage unit (93) falls below a threshold voltage (Vth) and the elapsed time during which the voltage falls below the threshold voltage (Vth) exceeds a determination time (TJ).

Abstract

A connector (10) comprises a housing (11) that can be mated with an opposing housing, and a mating sensing member (30) that is permitted to move from a provisional lock position to a main lock position when the housing and the opposing housing are normally mated with each other. The housing comprises a lock arm (14) that extends in a cantilever fashion and is formed to be deformable by flexing. The lock arm comprises a lock portion (15) that can be locked on the opposing housing, and a pair of arm portions (16) disposed on either side of the lock portion and extending on the free end side of the lock arm beyond the lock portion. The pair of arm portions each comprise a lock-receiving portion (18). The mating sensing member comprises a sense arm (32). The sense arm comprises a stopper portion (34) disposed on a tip-end portion, and two locking-protrusion portions (35) disposed on either side of the stopper portion. As the stopper portion is locked on the lock portion and the locking-protrusion portions are locked on the lock-receiving portion, movement of the mating sensing member from the provisional lock position to the main lock position is limited.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to suppress fraying of threads at a cut part of a woven fabric. A wire harness according to the present invention comprises an electrical wire and a woven fabric in which the electrical wire is wrapped. The woven fabric is formed by weaving warp threads and weft threads that each include a base thread. At least one of the warp threads and the weft threads are composite threads that include the base thread and a resin portion that is provided to an outer circumferential part of the base thread and has a lower melting point than the base thread. An end of the woven cloth that includes a cut edge part is a fused part at which the warp threads and the weft threads have been fused via the resin portion.

Abstract

A connector (10) comprises a housing (11), a lance (11B), an opening portion (11F), and an outer wall portion (13B). The housing (11) includes a cavity (11A) into which a terminal metal fitting (12) is inserted. The lance (11B) locks on the terminal metal fitting (12) inserted into the cavity (11A) to prevent removal of the terminal metal fitting (12), and is elastically deformable. The opening portion (11F) is opened on an outer wall surface of the housing (11), and allows the lance (11B) to be exposed on the outer wall surface. The outer wall portion (13B) is attached to the housing (11) so as to cover the opening portion (11F). The outer wall portion (13B) is moved to a spaced-apart position of being spaced apart from the lance (11B) to permit the lance (11B) to elastically deform, and a proximate position of being in proximity to the lance (11B) to suppress elastic deformation of the lance (11B), thus keeping the state of the lance (11B) being locked on the terminal metal fitting (12).

Abstract

The present invention reduces fitting resistance while positioning a male terminal fitting and a female terminal fitting at the time when connection of the two terminal fittings is initiated. This connector (10) comprises string ribs (23A-23D) that are formed on a hood portion (21), the string ribs (23A-23D) being flattened between the hood portion (21) and a moving plate (80), thereby preventing prying between the hood portion (21) and the moving plate (80). The string ribs (23A-23D) are formed so as to be flattened before connection of a male terminal fitting (30) and a female terminal fitting (60) is initiated in the movement process of the moving plate (80), and so as to be released from the flattened state after the connection of the male terminal fitting (30) and the female terminal fitting (60) has been initiated.

Abstract

A connector (10) comprises a first housing (20) and a second housing (70) which can be mutually connected. The first housing (20) has a connection part (22) that opens to the front in the direction of connection to the second housing (70), and that accommodates the second housing (70) therein. Among the walls that partition the connection part (22) of the first housing (20), a first wall (24) located on the bottom side has, on a wall surface facing the inside of the connection part (22), inclined surfaces (37, 38) that are inclined with a downward gradient toward the front so that a gap (drain passage (60)) is formed between the inclined surfaces and the second housing (70) accommodated in the connection part (22). A second wall (25) that intersects and is adjacent to the first wall (24) is disposed so as to shield a circuit board (100) and the inclined surfaces (37, 38) at a side which opposes a board surface of the circuit board (100).
