Abstract

The present application provides a flexible display device, comprising a flexible screen and an elastic support assembly. The flexible screen and the elastic support assembly are provided in stack fashion. The flexible screen has a display surface and a back surface provided opposite to each other. The elastic support assembly is provided on the back surface of the flexible screen, such that the form of the flexible screen changes with the form of the elastic support assembly. The elastic support assembly has a rolled state and a flat state. When the elastic support assembly in the rolled state does not receive an external force, the elastic support assembly has an elastic force for restoring its own elastic deformation, such that the elastic support assembly switches from the rolled state to the flat state. The present application also provides a terminal, comprising a housing, a rolling assembly, and the flexible display device. When the flexible display device gradually extends out of the housing, the flexible display device switches from a rolled state to a flat state, thereby avoiding the problem in the prior art that a oriented bend screen cannot be flattened.
