Above a certain pressure the shear pin (17) shears off, causing the cutting element (14) to be axially accelerated. The cutting element (14) strikes the stop (15) at high speed as a result of the acceleration, and penetrates into same. A connection to be cut, which is guided through an opening in front of the stop (15), is thereby severed.

Abstract

The invention relates to an ammunition feed device (100) of a belted ammunition (4, 5) in a weapon system for delivery before a closure (10) or before a closure head, wherein the ammunition (4, 5) must be drawn from the ammunition belt by a cartridge hook (6, 7) and delivered to the closure (10). To prevent a misfire, etc., according to the invention the cartridge hook (6, 7) is integrated in the weapon system separately from the closure (10). The cartridge hook (6, 7) is carried or placed by the closure (10), when the closure (10) has covered a distance to the rear or must still cover a distance forward.

Abstract

The invention relates to a pyrotechnic delayed-action composition and primer charge made of REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)-compliant components that are safe for humans and the environment. The delayed-action composition comprises at least one oxidant, at least one reducing agent, at least one filler and at least one mineral binder. The performance parameters thereof, in particular the burning time, can be set variably within a wide range. The composition clinkers on its own, thus preventing extinction at the front of the burning material even in dynamic conditions. The primer charge comprises at least one oxidant, at least one reducing agent, at least one filler and at least one mineral binder. It is easy to ignite and, due to its clinker structure, transfers its energy well to the compositions to be ignited. Since the delayed-action composition and the primer charge have the same structure, they can easily be combined and adapted to each other in delayed-action units. However, the composition and the charge can also be used separately. The use of the primer charge is not limited to delayed-action units.

Abstract

Abstract

The invention relates to a projectile (1, 11, 21), also as a training projectile which, on the one hand, has ballistic equality compared to the inserted ammunition or training ammunition up to a pre-defined battle distance, on the other hand, however, decreases the velocity significantly faster when said distance is exceeded and thus has a significantly restricted total range relative to the inserted ammunition. The projectile (1, 11, 21) comprises a projectile body (3, 13, 23), a projectile ogive (2, 12, 22), and at least one tracer (5, 15, 25) and/or at least one delay element (6, 16, 26). In order to reduce the velocity and the trajectory, a pressure-generating charge (7, 17, 27), according to the invention, is incorporated in the projectile body (3, 13, 23), which pressure-generating charge is functionally connected to the at least one tracer (5, 5, 25) and/or the at least one delay element (6, 216, 26). After burning of the tracer (5, 15, 25) or the delay charge inside the delay element (6, 16, 26), the initiation of the charge (7, 17, 27) takes place which then acts on the projectile (1, 11, 21) in such a way that after a set flying time (t) is reached, the trajectory of the projectile (1, 11, 21) is influenced.
