Abstract

The invention relates to a middle hoop system for a vehicle joint arranged between a first vehicle section and a second vehicle section of a multi-unit vehicle. The middle hoop system comprises a middle hoop (20), which is oriented in a transverse direction, and a cable strand (21) which extends between the first vehicle section (14) and the second vehicle section (15). The middle hoop (15) surrounds a passage (17) intended for passengers. The cable strand (21) is arranged above the passage (17). According to the invention, the middle hoop system comprises a guide lever (25) which is connected to the middle hoop (20) by means of a first pivot joint (22, 27) and which is connected to the cable strand (21) by means of a second pivot joint (29), the axis of the first pivot joint (22, 27) and the axis of the second pivot joint (29) intersecting a vertical longitudinal plane. The middle hoop system according to the invention can be produced inexpensively and offers reliable guidance for the cable strand (21).

Abstract

A middle hoop system for a vehicle joint is arranged between a vehicle front part and a vehicle rear part of a vehicle and forms a passage between the vehicle front and rear parts. A middle hoop surrounds the passage. The middle hoop system comprises a cable strand extending between the vehicle front and rear parts, wherein the cable strand is arranged above the passage. The middle hoop system comprises a pivot lever between the middle hoop and the cable strand. A first pivot joint at an end portion of the pivot lever is formed between the pivot lever and the middle hoop. The pivot lever rotates about an axis centered on the first pivot joint, and guides the cable strand at a radial distance from the axis of the first pivot joint. The middle hoop system is cost-effective and provides reliable guidance for the cable strand.

Abstract

The invention relates to a middle hoop system for a vehicle joint, which is arranged between a vehicle front part (10) and a vehicle rear part (11) of a vehicle. The middle hoop (15) forms a passage (33) between the vehicle front part (10) and the vehicle rear part (11), the middle hoop (15) surrounding the passage (33). A cable (16) which is arranged above the passage (33) extends along a curved path between the vehicle front part (10) and the vehicle rear part (11). A bearing (19, 21, 24) is provided between the cable (16) and the middle hoop (15). According to the invention, the bearing (19, 21, 24) has a guide surface (19), the guide surface (19) permitting a relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle between the cable (16) and the middle hoop (15). The invention provides a middle hoop system in which the cable (16) is subject to a smaller load.

Abstract

The invention relates to a middle hoop system for a vehicle joint. The vehicle joint is arranged between a vehicle front part and a vehicle rear part of an articulated vehicle, such as for example of an articulated bus, and forms a passage (24) between the vehicle front part and the vehicle rear part. The middle hoop system comprises a middle hoop (12) and a cable guide between the vehicle front part and the vehicle rear part. The middle hoop (12) surrounds the passage (24). The cable guide is arranged above the passage (24). According to the invention, for the cable guide, a leaf spring (14) is provided which extends from the vehicle front part to the vehicle rear part. By means of the leaf spring, cables (16) can be guided between the vehicle front part and the vehicle rear part over the entire length of the leaf spring (14). Undefined movements of the cables when the vehicle front part and the vehicle rear part move relative to one another are eliminated.

Abstract

The invention relates to a gangway bellows for lining an intercommunicating gangway between a front car and a rear car which is connected in an articulated fashion to the front car, in which a gangway bellows floor (11) is releasably attached to a gangway bellows body (10). Two drill holes (14, 15) respectively extend both through a first strip (13) which is connected to the gangway bellows floor (11) and through a second strip (12) which is connected to the gangway bellows body (10). A first bolt (16) and a second bolt (17) are introduced into the drill holes (14, 15). According to the invention, a securing element (18) which is rigidly connected to the first bolt (16) is provided for the second bolt (17), wherein the securing element (18) has two securing faces which are configured to bear against the end faces of the second bolt (17) in order to hold the first bolt (16) and the second bolt (17) in the drill holes (14, 15). The invention also relates to a method for attaching a gangway bellows floor (11) to a gangway bellows body (10). The invention facilitates the manufacture and later release of the connection between the gangway bellows body (10) and the gangway bellows floor (11).
